About Wool

Wool is a renewable resource making it a great choice for “green” households. Wool rugs are very durable and insulating, and are naturally fire retardant and self-extinguishing. What's more, wool is a healthy choice when it comes to a rug, being hygienic, non allergenic and free from toxic dyes or contaminants.

Care Instructions

When you first receive the rug, unpack the rug from its bag and lay flat. Allow the pile to condition at room temperature for 2 to 3 days, then brush or vacuum as normal to allow the pile to recover. To keep your Woolables clean, simply shake off dirt and vacuum regularly. In case of a spill, it's easy to wipe off with a clean, absorbent cloth. For larger messes, you can machine-wash at home in a domestic washing machine on a gentle-cycle with a maximum of 30 minutes and a minimum capacity of 9 kg. Do not bleach, leave the rug in the washer, or dry clean.
