This nursing pillow provides 4 lbs of weight, measuring in at 20” x 20” x 6”. Care instructions for the SafetyCover™ include removing it and turning it inside out, followed by zipping it up to protect the surface, and washing it on its own with cold water and mild detergent. Spot clean the pillow core with a clean washcloth and mild soapy solution - do not machine wash it. Air dry the pillow core.
