EasyTot Insider Policy

Effective: Sept 1st, 2024

By participating in EasyTot's paid membership program for U.S. Customers, as further described below (“Insider”), you are agreeing to these EasyTot Insider Terms & Conditions (“Insider Terms”). In addition to these Insider Terms your participation in Insider is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy . The terms “you” and “your” refer to the participating Insider Member (defined below). Capitalized terms not defined in these EasyTot Insider Terms have the meanings given in the EasyTot Terms of Service.

IF YOU PURCHASE AN INSIDER MEMBERSHIP (DEFINED BELOW)  YOUR INSIDER MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL CANCELED PURSUANT TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW AND YOU EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE FUTURE CHARGES TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ACCORDING TO THESE INSIDER TERMS.


Insider
Through Insider, EasyTot offers Customers who meet certain requirements the opportunity to purchase a paid membership (“Insider Membership”) which provides eligible Customers access to certain features and programs. Eligible Customers who enroll and purchase an Insider Membership are called “Insider Members.” To be eligible for Insider, an existing Customer must be invited by EasyTot to enroll in Insider. Customer can receive an invite in several ways, including via email and within the Services. Insider is not currently available to Customers based in Alaska and Hawaii or outside the United States. These Insider Terms apply to U.S. Insider. 


Program Features
By enrolling in Insider, Insider Members receive (i) 25% off on various Brands, selected by EasyTot, (ii) one birthday treat per year, (iii) free return shipping labels on clothing and shoes, and (iv) other features that may be offered by EasyTot from time to time. Without limiting any other terms of these Insider Terms, the features of Insider may be modified or amended from time to time, in EasyTot's sole discretion.


Brands Selected for the 25% discount will vary and may change from time to time. EasyTot does not guarantee that any specific Brand or product will be included as part of your Insider Membership as covered by the 25% discount, for any specific period of time. The 25% discount will be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other coupon codes


    Insider Memberships


    1. General. When you purchase an Insider Membership, you expressly authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge you the cost of the Insider Membership, plus any applicable taxes and other charges (the “Membership Fee”) and to provide your payment information to third parties so we can complete your transaction. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the pricing, payment and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges, as posted or otherwise communicated to you. All payments for your Insider Membership are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided in these Terms. All fees and applicable taxes, if any, are payable in U.S. dollars. We will charge your default payment method on file in your Retailer Account. If it fails, we reserve the right to charge any other payment method you have included in your Retailer Account.

    2. Enrollment. When you choose to affirmatively sign up for an Insider Membership, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be charged the Membership Fee at the beginning of your Insider Membership and at the start of every thirty (30) day period thereafter at the then-current Membership Fee until canceled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. The Membership Fee will be charged to your payment method as stated above. You acknowledge that the timing of when you are billed may vary due to free trials and other promotional offers, or changes in your subscription or payment method. To see your next recurring billing date, log in to your Account and view your account details. We may also offer you the ability to pause your Insider Membership for a specified period of time. If you do not cancel before the end of the pause period, billing will resume automatically.
    Membership is active as soon as an Insider Member enrolls. However, benefits cannot be applied retroactively. The Membership Fee and any orders you purchase are accounted separately. 

    3. Promotional Offers. When you first enroll in Insider, we may offer a free trial. Availability of a free trial is not guaranteed and, if available, a free trial is only available to new Insider Members enrolling in Insider for the first time and on any other specified terms. Certain limitations may also apply with respect to combining free trials with any other offers. Your first Membership Fee will be charged to your payment method immediately following the end of the free trial, and such charges will continue every thirty (30) day period thereafter, unless canceled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. EasyTot may also offer, in its sole discretion, promotions (e.g., a promotional price, or bundled offer) subject to promotional terms disclosed during your enrollment or in other materials provided to you. EasyTot will begin charging your payment method for your Insider Membership at the then-current, non-promotional price after your promotion ends unless you cancel prior to the end of your promotion or unless otherwise disclosed. EasyTot reserves the right to modify or terminate any particular promotional offer at any time, in EasyTot's sole discretion.

    4. Cancellation; No Refunds. You can always cancel your Insider Membership, at any time prior to the end of the current billing period, free trial or promotion. To cancel your Insider Membership and avoid incurring charges for the next given period, you must notify us of your cancellation before we charge your payment method. You can cancel your Insider Membership at any time by contacting us or through your Customer Account settings. If you cancel your Insider Membership, you may use your membership until the end of the then-current billing period, and it will not be renewed once it expires. If you cancel your Insider Membership, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the Membership Fee paid for the then-current billing period, but the program features part of your Insider Membership will continue through the end of your current billing period, unless you are enrolled through a free trial, promotional code or other credit, in which case cancellation may be effective immediately. If your Account is terminated by you or EasyTot for any reason, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the Membership Fee paid for the then-current billing period.

    5. Suspension; Termination. EasyTot reserves the right to remove you from Insider and otherwise suspend or terminate your Insider Membership in the event you become ineligible, including due to late payments, high rates of return and other factors, as reasonably determined by EasyTot in its sole discretion. EasyTot also reserves the right to modify or cancel Insider or modify these Insider Terms, at any time in its sole discretion, without advance notice. With any cancellation or discontinuation of Insider all benefits will cease, subject to EasyTot's sole discretion.
