If you need something urgently with a hard cut-off date please reach out to us to confirm delivery times before placing an order (we can tell you where exactly the item ships from and expedite delivery in some circumstances).
Note that delivery dates indicated in the product page reflect averages across our orders and we cannot guarantee delivery by the date indicated. Your order may arrive later than stated in the product page due to issues with fulfillment, shipping delays, or customs delays if the product ships from outside the United States.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it. To start a return, visit our return page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
-Items marked as on sale
-Items 30 days past the delivery date
-Items sold “As Is” or in “Open Box” condition
-Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise fully unpackaged
-Items that do not include their attached original tag
-Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping) or items missing original packaging
-Personalized, monogrammed or customized items
-All products marked as made to order
To start a return, visit our returns page. If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns should be properly packed in the items original packaging and sent to the address we provide you during authorization.
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed, but we may be able to make changes if the order has not shipped yet.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
