Shipping policy

At EasyTot, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible—including delivery.

Shipping Credits

We offer a $10 shipping credit on all orders over $75. This credit is automatically applied at checkout and helps offset standard shipping costs. Please not that this credit is only offered for standard shipping and cannot be used to offset expedited shipping.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at info@easytot.com. Depending on the product, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee.

Processing & Delivery Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within one week. However, delivery timelines may vary for certain products, especially if they:

  • Are made-to-order

  • Ship from overseas

  • Are impacted by warehouse closures (e.g. holidays or annual inventory)

  • Experience weather delays or unexpected disruptions

  • Are backordered

You’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Estimates & Liability

Please note that delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and may change. Final delivery timing depends on order processing, payment confirmation, and carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather, traffic, or emergencies

  • Supply chain disruptions or other unforeseen issues

To avoid delivery issues, we recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can receive the package. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows a “delivered” status for over 24 hours and you haven’t received your package, please contact us at info@easytot.com. While we do our best to resolve these situations, we reserve the right to decline refunds or reshipments if we determine the item was successfully delivered.
