30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- You will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- No restocking fees
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You must purchase your own return label during the return process
- A 25% restocking fee applies to items priced $100 or above (except clothing and shoes)
We are not able to provide free labels or make exceptions for customers who choose a refund to original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply when you return an item priced >.$100 and you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit. We also reserve the right to apply restocking fees for certain items priced less than $100 when they are not returned in resellable conditions - e.g. you removed the original packaging. If you remove the original packaging we reserve the right to reject the return, however we may simply apply a restocking fee on a case by case basis so your return will still be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

The sereniby is a larger device and an investment but it is a very modern look and works extremely well. I am impressed that every time I cook anything with any byproducts, such as searing something, how quickly the levels on the sereniby and auto-purify kicks on. My kitchen is on the ground floor and on the other side of the house as our twin girls nursery where the Sereniby is located. I had an issue with my device making a strange noise/malfunctioning and reached out to the team and they immediately corrected the issue sending me a new device with no headache after intelligent troubleshooting did not work. The thermometer is also very accurate on the device, more accurate than my two nanit cameras next to it, so it's good for the checks and balances on temperature for the girls. I didn't realize ahead of time that the replacement filters were custom (and are fairly expensive) but that's why you go for this device versus a generic/lower quality I guess. Overall very happy with the product!

I’m pregnant, and so far every pregnancy I blow my nose a lot. When I say I turned this machine on, and my nose didn’t even feel stuffy or clogged prior to me turning it on. It ran for a bit and my nose felt so open so airy! You can def tell the difference in the air once it runs for just a few minutes! Glad I got it!

I love using Sereniby with my grandson. He was a preemie and lives at home with a dog and cats. I thought this would be great for him. My only issue with it is if you have a power outage the system automatically tells you that you need to replace the filter regardless of filter age or use. If you don't put in a new $59 filter you are unable to use the app features. I have not been able to resolve this issue and will update review when I do.

We have loved adding this air filter for our second. The alerts on air quality and temperature are just what we were missing. Living somewhere with fluctuating air quality we no longer feel we are guessing when is a safe time to open the windows. Sleep for both us and baby also feels improved!

The sereniby air filter has been a great addition to my first baby's nursery! Not only does it help keep his nursery's air clean, but we can genuinely tell a difference in the overall air quality of our house because of it. Our house is like 900 sq. ft. and we have two labs so it often smelled like dogs, but really no longer does! I also love its light feature and the hum of the filter when it is on really does have a perk of a built in sound machine. If you're on the fence, it is worth the investment!

After a bunch of research we decided on Sereniby for our daughters room. I️ love that it tells The temperature which seems very accurate based off of our thermostat's. It’s even nice to add the fan on to cool the room down a degree when we face it towards Her crib with the fresh air coming through. The auto options is great to so I️ don’t have to constantly worry it just Turns on and starts cleaning our air. Highly recommend

So far so good! It tells us the air quality and it has been improving. I got two we have 4 kids and my two middle kids both have lung issues the 17 month old very serious ones so I knew we needed an air purifier and I researched a lot and this one seemed to be the best. I also have a newborn she is now 5 weeks so we got one for her room. She isn’t in her room yet she’s in the bassinet in our room so we have been using the second one in the living room. It is allergy season so we do still have a bunch of of sniffles but nobody has been coughing or having breathing issues. To me that’s a win and so far so good!

I was very surprised with the Sereniby packaging and build. It feels very premium with the sturdy wood base and the spring-loaded height adjustment. As far as effectiveness, it seems to do everything as described and I have not experienced any issues thus far. The product delivers on its intention with some nice add-ons.
Though setup was very straightforward, I was surprised that there wasn’t a video guide. Also, in future versions of the device, possibly consider smart home integration (e.g. Alexa, HomeKit, etc.), on-device sleep sounds, and light sequencing.

This review is of the customer service we received from Easy Tot. While this is the product we purchased from them, we have not used this product.
We bought a Sereniby Medical‑grade Nursery Purifier and decided within three days we wanted a different model that Easy Tot does not carry.
we reached out about a return. Easy Tot initially replied via text and email but then failed to provide the return label needed to send the unit back. It has been a month and we are still waiting for a return label. We even had to reach out to our bank since Easy Tot ceased communicating with us.
This has been incredibly frustrating. If you value prompt, complete customer service, look for this product from a different vendor.

A lot bigger than expected. Had some trouble connecting to wifi. It shows that it should be placed up against the crib and it seems like it would take baby breath away with the amount of force it has. It cools down a room significantly which is concerning as well.

The set up/installation is straightforward. It took 2-3 minutes to attached the unit to the base and install the feet. The app is easy to use and set up was a breeze. The air quality has been significantly improved in my toddler’s room and I’d recommend this product to anyone looking to do the same.

We absolutely love this! Speed can be very slow to light breeze or extremely fast to help filter the room better after a diapers change. The app with the phone and tempature gauge is perfect. I love the app smooth and easy with constant readings.

We really love our sereniby. We use it in our toddler’s room. I did not have an air purifier with my first child. We feel better having her bedroom air purified with all of the winter colds she’s exposed to at school and pollutants in the city. Our daughter loves using it as a nightlight. It is very stable and safe for kids who may try to knock it over (like mine). We’re all very happy with our Sereniby!
