Educating AMY makes handmade, Montessori-inspired quiet books sewn entirely without glue and designed by developmental specialists for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. The brand was founded by Holly, who holds a Medical Sciences degree, after she noticed that toy clutter was hindering her child's concentration and research showed fewer toys encourage longer, more creative play. Guided by the philosophy of buying less but with purpose, Educating AMY builds a social mission into its work, including bringing education to girls without access in rural India. The name AMY stands for All, Me and You.
