30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

Loved the impartial and factual presentation of history without biased commentary. I read this as well and appreciated the clear history. I also appreciate the thought provoking questions at the end that were not leading questions. Instead asking “what do both sides have in common?” Or “who do you think it would be harder to be?” I loved seeing my child read this while asking questions and coming up with her own conclusions based on reality.

I bought it for me to get a simplified approach. Some times the complexity of reading can overwhelm my mind. This has been perfect to give the initial basics and I can branch out from here. I teach piano and one of my students is from the Gaza Strip. I shared the book with her, she was excited it had the Arabic alphabet in it! Open doors of love all the way around! Few world issues are as hot-button right now as Israel, Palestine, and the Middle East. While politicians and activists often try to make it sound like a simple, black & white issue with one guilty party and one innocent, it’s actually a very complex history and current status. This issue of Honest History does a great job of laying out the history, representing the varied claims to the land and perspectives, and does it in a way that lets kids grasp the material. Probably a lot of adults could benefit from reading, too.
