Amaris Maternity Panty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.

Eligibility Criteria

Returned items must meet all of the following:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original packaging, with all original tags attached
• Free of odors or any signs of use
  

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Items received more than 30 days ago
• Final sale or made-to-order items
• Gift cards
• Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
• Underwear
• Items missing original tags or packaging
• Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used

Return Options

We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:

1. Download prepaid label

• All items labeled "Easy Returns" are eligible for a free return label
  
• You will receive a return label within 30 minutes to your inbox and $10 will deducted from your refund when we process it

2. Ship on your own

• You can take your item to any carrier and ship it yourself
• You receive a full refund

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. While most returns are refunded within 2-3 days from receipt, some brands process returns more infrequently and it can take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. It's most efficient and faster for you to place a new order right away to get the right product or size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

Return Abuse Policy

To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.
