30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

This smoothing tool was a game changer in getting the air bubbles out from underneath the wallpaper even after the whole product was up. Also learned that most walls are not even and level as they settled after being built. Best practice is to go slow and be very patient and the reward is incredibly satisfying.

The wallpaper is darling but we have really struggled with the bubbles. I have followed all of the instructions and we are still having them pop up everywhere. I’m not sure I’m sold on this type of wallpaper especially due to the price. You can get cute paper for a lot less. Wish I could give it a better review but I just can’t.

This wallpaper is beautiful but it will test a marriage. Installation was not the the easiest and I will never hang wallpaper again… I will hire it done! Fair warning hanging a mural is challenging… even with watching all the tutorials and following the instructions. Not too mention it’s very expensive. Don’t waste your money on the application tool.. you don’t need it. It looks great but I will never do this again.

We cleaned the wall with a damp cloth to remove all the dust and society, we waited for the wall to dry and we put the paper as the manual says and the next day in the morning when we woke up all the paper was on the floor

Had a professional decorator hang the paper and spent a lot of $ on the wallpaper. They got the air bubbles out and flat to the wall, yet they keep

I didn’t get to use it because it didn’t arrive in my order with my decals and I needed to get them up in our babies nursery before it arrived. I can’t review something I didn’t use. I am sure it works well but I ended up using a credit card and towel and that worked well too!
