I did quite a bit of research on toy makers when I was pregnant with my son. HABA rose to the top of my list when considering product quality, free of toxins, etc. We’ve been gifted quite a few HABA items already that we love, and this newest item, the building blocks, also did not disappoint. They are such great quality and I feel worth the slightly higher price tag as I know they’ll last and they’re made from 100% wood. Love these blocks, and my 1 year old and I are already making great memories with them. Also shipping was so efficient and fast!

My 2-yr old granddaughter like to play with the block by stacking up tall. She also loves to pretend building a town, moving in and out of one place to another with her toy car by using a block as a door that opens and closes.

my three year old loves these blocks. we bought two sets (cause there are never enough blocks!) and he’s loved building them tall and knocking them down. the pieces are big enough to build a reasonably sized structure but not so big that they hurt when then come down.

With how loud and bright toys are these days, my wife and I wanted to see our 1 year old’s reaction to something a little simpler. We were blown away to see how enamored he was, and how long these simple blocks will hold his attention. We LOVE this set, and will be looking for more simpler toys in the future.

These blocks have worked great for entertaining my children as well as for me to teach them the many different shapes available. This has allowed them to be more critical thinkers as well when constructing their new and latest designs. The blocks can build assembled and can be colored or painted as well.

2 year old loves these blocks! We use these daily and he absolutely loves to do all sorts of building with them. They are super durable and not sharp edges. They seem like they will last a lifetime!!!

These are great sturdy blocks. Amazing for the imagination and plenty of blocks for loads of fun or even for my niece and daughter to share when they play together. A little heavier than I expected which I guess is normal considering they are solid wood.

Theres nothing better than simple wooden building blocks for a toddler! No fancy lights, batteries, and colors, just good old fashioned fun! My toddler plays with these for hours on end, and we have fun joining him too. I love all the shapes, it allows you to build so many different things. Really allows him to be creative without any screens.

These blocks are super. They are heavy, so our towers don't fall down for days. I built one that was 5 feet high, just to see how long it would stand in the playroom, and after five days I knocked it down myself. The edges are clean and not sharp. The blocks are perfectly smooth. We also bought some Haba fantasy blocks, which we use for accent pieces on our towers. My son, who is 4, LOVES these blocks. My baby girl, 8 months old, loves to knock the blocks together to make noise. Although my son is unable to build a complex tower by himself, we will build with him, and he loves it just the same. We build pirate ships, "chicken towers", "goat schools", islands, corrals, rockets, doorbells, and the list goes on. The things we construct actually replace so many of his plastic toys, we are about to get rid of a ton of them. We don't need the plastic zoo anymore, we can build one. We don't need the plastic dinosaur cave anymore, either. There are a few toys that are great with the blocks, though. My son's dump truck, which is big enough to carry these blocks, his garbage truck, which has a hatch back and can carry these blocks, and a Bilibo (look it up) that can act as everything else thinkable. If you like a stream-lined playroom without a bunch of obnoxious junk in it, these blocks are a great start. There are small Haba block sets and marble runs that go along with this set, and I think I am more excited about getting some of those than my kids are! You can find all kinds of long lasting, imagination enhancing, classic toys there. Five stars!!

My grandchildren love being creative and playing with these blocks to create various building options including a castle, house, and even what looks like vehicles. They use their other toys to play with this as well after building something they will smash into it with a car then rebuild something else.

My so absolutely loves playing with these blocks. He loves building houses and then knocking them down. I love that he can have so much fun with these. I’m pretty sure that he prefers these over his legos.

I bought this for my grandson and he loves them. There are alot of different shapes and sizes so there is a good variety. The pieces are durable and keep him amused for a long time. I will be buying more so he has more to play with

Santa brought us the 60-block starter set and mom and dad wanted more to build with, so we purchased this larger set to add on to the other. The quality is great, we trust the sustainability of the wood used, and believe they will hold up well. My only wish is that it came with a bin itself, rather than just the box and the bag. We purchased a separate one to combine all of the blocks together.

A few pieces of the arch blocks can be smoother but overall great quality. My kid enjoys playing with the blocks and chewing them as well.
