30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

Love this set for my LO! He is 4 months and a little on the bigger side so I ordered 6-12months and it fit him perfectly! The fabric is stretchy & soooo soft!

I came across House of Henry on Facebook and boy am I glad I did! We LOVE bamboo pj’s and I’m always excited to find new companies to support! I ordered this 2 piece for my nephew and the matching zippy for my newborn son. The detail on these is absolutely incredible, and as always with bamboo, soft as butter!! Will definitely be shopping from HoH in the future!!!

The pjs are so cute and soft but the incredible customer service really surprised me. There was an issue fulfilling my order and I received a text to substitute my order with another item at a price match. Most brands would have just canceled my order and continued with their day. I am excited to reorder from Darci’s adorable brand!

I absolutely love the PJ’s I got for my grandbabies! They are so soft and they are their new favorites for sure. Perfect for our Disney World trip. The starfish sleep sack is perfect for the baby who tends to scratch herself in her sleep. Little hands are softly covered but it’s not too hot for the warm weather.

I’ve been buying house of Henry bamboo jammies for about 1 year and now that my daughter is out of footie pajamas I love that house of Henry has two piece sets too! These are so soft and stretchy so I know they’ll last a long time and the print is too cute!
