We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

Thought something was wrong, sent product back to be reviewed as it wasn’t charging (turns out I had a bad charger) gave me a new cord at no cost and handled all the shipping. Very professional and my baby brew is working great again!

It arrived quickly. I only was able to find the charging cord by emailing customer support, as I couldn't find it on the main website. But customer support was prompt in responding to my request and the ordering process was quick and efficient. We're back to warming up bottles on the go again!

So impressed with the professionalism of the people working behind this company. Receiving a call over the weekend, they gave me a call back early Monday morning to ask for the issue. Promptly offered a replacement charging cord which I received in a couple days.

This review is for the bottle warmer. We absolutely love it! I knew I needed it for being on the go but after multiple failed attempts with our stationary dr browns warmer, we decided to try this one full time. We do not leave the house without! The different adapters make it super easy and it’s even easier to clean. The customer service is also top notch. When mine stopped charging, I suspected the charging cord and they sent me a new one. Works perfect again!

The Baby Brew bottle warmer is a game changer! We take it everywhere and very convenient on the go. I love how it looks and how it gets the job done with no mess at all.
The cord that came with it during our purchase somehow stopped working and as soon as I contacted Baby Brew team via chat, I instantly got a response and a solution. The awesome customer service and support sent me the cord at no cost and received in a couple days.
What makes me happy as a mom is the compact, clean design, functional and easy to use baby gadget which can last its charge for a reasonable time. And it's always a bonus to have the best customer service and support who will always stand by their products. A must have!!!

I had an issue where my warmer was not charging and reached out to Baby Brew's customer support staff and they were more than accommodating. They shipped me a new charger in timely matter and free of charge. My issue was solved within a matter of days and it was painless!

We love our portable warmer…. We traveled with it to Europe and it was a life saver! My cord stopped working and I reached out to Baby Brew and they sent me a replacement cord right away. We purchased our Baby’s Brew about a year ago and it was such a lifesaver when it came to bottle feeds on the go! First off this thing is a game changer. I love love this product. I learned the second time around, all things essential for the baby need to be available on the go. A bottle warmer is no exception. This product has saved me on shopping trips, vacation, doctor visits and the list goes on. My baby proved to be very particular about the temperature of her bottles so much so she wouldn’t take unless it was just like mom. I would recommend this to all parents as a must have in their diaper bags.
