We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

Maybe I got the wrong size and wasn’t using it right, but the shield stuck better without the sticker. The sticker didn’t adhere to my skin at all. Using the shield was so painful that nursing without it after was more comfortable by comparison. It’s really pretty though and I’ll try to give it a few more tries.
Two stars for cuteness and comfort. But DOES NOT stay in place. The “sticker” does nothing to keep the shield in place.
Way way better than the hospital ones I got! The fit, felt more natural, and my baby stayed latched longer

Love the idea and was so excited to try these! Unfortunately I found they did not stick and stay in place. I’ve tried everything in hopes they would work but unfortunately they did not.

I was about to give up on nursing because my baby would kick off the traditional clear shields every two minutes, ugh! Luckily, these stickers are heroes!!! they keep the shield perfectly in place so I can actually focus on the latch instead of fumbling with silicone

igh-quality silicone and very easy to sterilize. They don't yellow after multiple washes like some other brands do. The suction is great, so they don't slide around while the baby is feeding. Very happy with this purchase!

I have flat nipples and my son was really struggling to latch in the first few days. My lactation consultant suggested a shield, but I hated how clinical they looked. These Lelolo shields are actually pretty! The floral shape is so soft and flexible, and it helped my son get a deep latch immediately. I also love that they come with a little carrying case so I can keep them clean in my diaper bag

I bought this on a whim before my delivery and I am so glad I did. When my milk came in and I was engorged, my daughter couldn't latch at all. The nurses gave me a standard shield, but the Le Lolo one worked so much better because it’s thinner and the shape is more ergonomic.

These Blush shields are actually beautiful! But beyond the looks, the silicone is so soft and the 'cut-out' design really helps my baby keep that skin-to-skin contact. It made the transition from the hospital ones so much easier.

I was hesitant to use a shield because I didn't want my baby to get confused, but the medical-grade silicone on this is so incredibly thin and soft. I’ve dropped so many nipple shields on the floor in the past because the little plastic cases just slide around. This adhesive case stays exactly where you put it, I have mine on the back of my phone! The shield is high-quality silicone and very easy to clean

Who knew a nipple shield could actually be pretty? I love that these aren't that clinical, transparent plastic look. The Blush color is gorgeous, but more importantly, they work. The travel case is super convenient for throwing in my diaper bag without worrying about them getting dirty. It’s the first shield I’ve used that doesn't feel like a 'medical device

I’ve tried the standard clear shields from the hospital and they were always sliding off or getting lost in the sheets. The little sticker that holds the shield in place is genius; it actually stays put while I’m trying to get my wiggly newborn to latch. Plus, the Mauve color makes it so much easier to find during those half-asleep 3 AM feeds!

This shield has been a lifesaver for my little one. So much better than the other ones on the market. The adhesive stickers makes it so much easier to use than trying to flip it and hope it suctions.

The Le Lolo nipple shields and stickers have been incredibly helpful during my breastfeeding journey. I use them primarily to protect my nipples from irritation between feeds, especially from my baby’s latch and tiny nails, which can be surprisingly rough on sensitive skin.
They’re very soft, gentle, and comfortable to wear. They don’t pull or hurt when removing them, and they’ve helped my skin recover when I was feeling sore and sensitive. I also appreciate that they stay in place well without being too sticky or harsh.

The fact that these are colored (I got the Blush Mauve) is a genius move. I can actually find it instantly without turning on all the lights and waking the baby. Plus, the silicone is way thinner and softer than the hospital-grade ones!
