I appreciate that the endings and clasps are smooth and seamless. The diamonds are tiny but really catch the light. 2. Item is as described. Some things the pictures don’t show are: the heart is very tiny and very thin; the back side of the heart has pinprick holes for light to pass through (which I think helps the tiny diamonds sparkle); there are no tags or engravings to help identify the brand (it would do the designer justice to have one). 3. Expectations were met. I bought this because my friend has worn it everyday for the past few years, and every time I see her I notice how pretty and sparkly it is. Hers is customized with her children’s initials. I think this would be a really good item for gifting. It would be nice if a storage pouch were included, as is common for fine jewelry.
