This picture book is simple, Bible-focused, and hope-filled. It tells the story of earth from creation, and how people used what God put on the earth to make all kinds of amazing inventions. It's very clear that what people have done have polluted the air and contributed to climate change, and that, as Christians, we need to care because climate change impacts PEOPLE.

I love this book! Not only are the illustrations beautiful but the text clearly explains the responsibility we have to care for the Earth and gives clear examples of ways we can help. A great resource for parents and children -- not just for Earth Day, but for EVERY day:)

This book is a good word for our children and the church. It brings a deeply-needed message of active hope, one that we desperately need for our hurting world. Great book for Earth day or Every day!

This book is wonderful. The beautiful art will first draw you in. But, then the words that the author uses to convey her message and the scripture to back it up are what we all need to hear. Kids and adults, alike. We all need to be reminded to take better care of this earth God has let us use. This is such a beautiful book with a beautiful message--that we are all stewards and protectors of God's planet. It includes particularly resonant biblical excerpts, as well as practical tips for conserving the earth's precious resources. This would be a wonderful book for church children's programs and particularly for Earth Day.

My kids love this book, and I do as well. I have always thought that caring for the Earth is something God expects of us. I never understood why anyone that follows the Bible would feel differently. After reading some other reviews, I was curious but found that nowhere in this book are riots mentioned nor encouraged. There are wonderful, doable steps listed for those wanting to make small changes. The illustrations are dynamic too!

This book is fantastic! My kids love the colorful illustrations, which really grabbed their attention. My older child, who was feeling anxious about the future our world, felt hope and empowerment after reading the Bible verses and actionable tips in this book. It's a must-read.
