Burnt too easily

20 second increments to heat up felt really long. We wanted something that rivaled my mother in laws bean heating pad and heard good things about the brand. But it rarely heated up to a hot temperature. We ended up realizing that even though we did 20 seconds increments it was still being burned inside. It just wasn’t working out. Maybe we’ll buy something else in the future, but not the heating pads. Flax holds no heat and burns too easily.

Eases my husband’s headaches

My husband had surgery on his neck a few years back and because of the scar tissue, has tension headaches. This item, aides in warming and relaxing his muscles and reducing his pain. I’m so glad it helps!

Multi Use

Got this as a splurge just because. Turns out my kids like this for an ice back better than their traditional ice packs. I also use it at night when having hot flashes during my period. Nice because it’s just cool enough to make you feel comfortable but doesn’t sweat.

I personally love this item! I will also mention here that I had initially received the incorrect item and they were absolutely amazing with their customer service in swapping it for the correct item! This is very warm, I heat it up somewhere between 40-60 seconds (in 20 sec increments) and it has a very small and nice fragrance from the flax seed! Super cozy and i am looking forward to being able to use this for things like period cramps. Nice lap/hand warmer for every day cold weather use 🥰

Great self care item

Great, useful self care item. The hedgehog print is fun, and it holds heat well. You’re somewhat limited to using this as a neck/head wrap due to the shape/size, but it works perfectly for this, and hopefully they make other sizes in the future for low back, cramps, etc.
