These rings are crafted from sustainably harvested Finnish birchwood and come in four different colors – wooden, painted white, painted black, or glazed white – for a look that is perfect for any home. Each ring features an outside diameter of 7.7” and an inside diameter of 5.7” and are 1” thick, complete with comfortable and stylish FitWood197” straps that can be used to attach them to the ceiling or a chin-up bar. The straps are adjustable up to 98” and capable of supporting up to 330 lbs. Installation width for the straps should be about 20” for the best use.
