30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

I’ve tried the cheap circular gel packs before and they always ended up leaking or getting stiff. These feel much higher quality. They stay flexible even when they’re frozen, so they actually contour to your body. I also love that you can use them hot or cold, it’s like having two products in one. Definitely worth the investment

I was surprised by how soft the fabric sleeves are. Most 'medical' packs feel cheap, but these feel like a luxury self-care item. They fit perfectly inside my nursing bra so I can move around the house while wearing them.

I’ve started using these warm right before I pump and the difference in my let-down is incredible. They heat up so fast in the microwave (just a few seconds!) and stay warm throughout my whole session. I love that they have the opening in the middle so I can actually wear them while pumping. It’s so much more efficient than holding a warm washcloth that just gets cold in two minutes.

I prefer the shape of these hot and cold packs compared to others on the market. They stay cold for quite a long time and feel great. They are a bit cold at first, but after a couple of minutes they feel great.
