We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- You will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- No restocking fees
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You must purchase your own return label during the return process
- A 25% restocking fee applies to items priced $100 or above (except clothing and shoes)
We are not able to provide free labels or make exceptions for customers who choose a refund to original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply when you return an item priced >.$100 and you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit. We also reserve the right to apply restocking fees for certain items priced less than $100 when they are not returned in resellable conditions - e.g. you removed the original packaging. If you remove the original packaging we reserve the right to reject the return, however we may simply apply a restocking fee on a case by case basis so your return will still be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

This basic building set from Hubelino is one of the best toys we have at our house! My kids absolutely love it, and can play with it for hours! The pieces are not too small, and they are super durable, and honestly, we could not be happier!

I got this bubelino building toy it was little tricky to set up but once I followed the directions it was ver easy to assemble I kids loved playing it it it’s so fun and very entertaining my kids can now put it together the_x000D_

My grand daughter does enjoy this quite a bit. I was worried she wouldn't have fun with it but she really does. She loves building and rolling the marbles. I will definitely be adding different sets to it soon. I love how it is educational and fun for her

I am very impressed with how long my child stays active with this toy. It is now her go to toy when it is play time. She loves how bright and colorful every part is and this also helps with her motor skills and problem solving skills.

My son really likes this set a lot. He’s autistic so he’s very picky about toys and things but this was definitely a hit for sure. He had fun playing with it for hours the first time and continues to do so. It comes with many pieces but that’s the fun of it! It keeps them entertained for awhile.

I got this and love it. It is a great building set that you can build different tracks. The kids love trying to outdo each other with complex tracks. They also cooperate so it's a good teaching toy. Recommend getting the marble lift for ease in restarting the runs

We love this toy! It’s helped so much for our son to keep busy. It teaches them how to build with blocks as well as have fun with the balls and slide! I love that it doesn’t have any sound like a lot of current toys. It’s easy to use, and gives our son a stimulant free outlet to be creative!

We got this for our daughter who is about to turn 3. She likes building stuff and she’s very creative. The moment we opened the box she started playing and she’s been playing with these building blocks every day. They’re great quality and using your imagination and creativity, you can build really cool stuff.

My son loved these blocks. He carries the box everywhere with him and I'm so glad the packaging comes in bag placed in a box with an carrying handle. It's perfect for independent toddlers and young children to carry themselves. You get a vast assortment big blocks, little blocks, slides and marbles to use on them. We spent hours playing with this set and building different block patterns. I look forward to many other products from this maker. The products are fun, durable and easy to store and travel with.

This toy is great for STEM learning. One great thing about Hubelino products is that they are completely compatible with Duplo Bricks. _x000D_

Think if this set like legos. Sometimes there is difficulties but the end result is amazing. That’s the same for this Marble Run kit. It gets your mind going. _x000D_

There are some step by step instructions in the booklet and I believe this is great fun for adults to do with their children.

These building blocks are made really well! It's pretty durable when it comes to strength. I got this for my nephew as he loves to build stuff. But to be honest I think I enjoy it much more tha he does. It's just so fun!

These build blocks are really entertaining. My 7,6 and 2 year old boys with supervision because the small balls had a blast with building different mazes for the balls to fall down. I only gave this perticular set which is the basic set a four star because it ready isn't enough blocks. You are able to make a few different small mazes but they ran out really fast which takes away from the fun. With more blocks comes more imagination and more longer fun. These blocks really do open up your imagination even I was on the ground trying to make up a maze that made one of the four balls drop. If you have older kids I'd recommend a larger set with more blocks this set is really for smaller kids. But it's so much fun building.

My boys are already so obsessed with this and it just arrived yesterday. So far I've only tried two of the designs shown in the booklet, I plan to do the others tomorrow. At first glance it seems it'll be difficult to follow, but I assure you it was easy peasy! Much like a Lego set but easier to follow since the pieces are larger. Perfect for all ages, I have a 3 year old, 6 year old, and 10 year old. They all love it. And they've been coming up with their own designs too!

The Hubelino basic building set is awesome! It combines building blocks and a marble run. It is fun to play with and my boys and I really enjoy coming up with new builds and the app with the how to guides is great! I love the handled box. We can't wait to expand our collection! It's great for my 7 yr old, he really loves it.
