We love it!

I got this rattle for a baby boy gift. It was perfectly personalized and it was perfect. We also got a rattle for the home state of both parents. We got the New York State rattle for the Dad and Texas for the Mom and Illinois was were the baby boy was born because Dad is stationed there with the Army. It was the perfect gift.

Great Rattle

The Illinois state Rattle arrived very quickly. It is nicely packaged. The engraving is very clear and visible. I really like the package tracking system which notified me when the package came. Beautifully made and excellent customer service

I ordered the personalized state rattle for my daughter at Christmas. The rattle that came was beautiful and I was excited for her to have this not only as a toy but as a keepsake as well. The quality of the rattle is wonderful and the personalization was perfectly placed.

On to the customer service: Bannor Toys says that their toys have a lifetime guarantee. Well, when our dog snuck into my daughter's play gym and stole her rattle for a chew toy, I didn't even think to contact them. I posted a cute picture of my daughter with her rattle pre-dog incident to my personal Instagram to show off her new toy and share my frustration with our dog. I was actually going to place an order for a new one when I went to the mailbox one day and was surprised to have a brand new rattle. Bannor Toys has a lifetime customer in me!
