Unfortunately, we still haven't received the parcel. It didn't arrive because there was no house number and had to be sent again. But we haven't received any more information about it. I will send a letter for a refund.

We bought this for our 32-month-old daughter, who usually avoids trying similar play structures in outdoor playgrounds. We were genuinely surprised by the results—she immediately started climbing it, and over the past two weeks, we’ve seen remarkable progress in her confidence and physical abilities. The structure feels very sturdy and well-made, and we’re quite satisfied with the quality.

The only thing we wish it had is a dual-purpose slide board—one side as a slide and the other as a climbing wall. Alternatively, it would be great if a compatible climbing board could be purchased separately to complete the set. That would make it absolutely perfect.

I am not one to leave reviews in general, good or bad…but since this is such a large purchase, I am putting my 2 cents worth out there.

My order came quick and assembly was quite easy! However, upon assembly the structure is quite wobbly. It shakes when my child climbs or swings. Every bolt is as tight as it can go, and 85% of the screws that hold the dowels just spin and spin and spin.

I am pretty disappointed. I emailed customer service, and am just waiting to hear back. I am hoping they can offer me some advice as to how I can make the structure more stable, because my child really does love it, and it is a beautiful product. I am grateful we can afford to buy something like this for my child, so just hoping we can make it safe for him to use for years to come.

Very bad instructions with no # label on the wood parts to follow the video instructions. Also, parts came with inconsistent wood dimensions. So I’m not able to assemble the playground yet.

Although the package came with the box broken and 2 missing screws - it was a good purchase. The kids love it and are always playing on it!

The poles have been drilled out with a slightly too large bore. This means the poles all just rotate on the screws instead of being held securely, which in turn means that the entire structure wobbles from side to side when eg a child is swinging - which could lead to a failure in future from screws working loose or a break from repeated stress. The rope ends of the swing also come off easily and then the rope frays. The rings are unnecessary as the child can hang from the poles. Would not recommend - this sort of thing must be robust above all else.

So you ask for my review as you “fulfilled the the order 14 days ago” ?! Ordered on 28 november. Was supposed to have been shipped on 12/12, still hasn’t arrived which is a shame as it was supposed to be Christmas present. Now informed (by third party delivery service, not Goodevas) it may be arriving first week of January. Will hopefully be able to update to a more positive review once the item arrives.

Very disappointed, this was ordered mid november and has not been received. On 20th i emailed you to find out where it was and have had no reaponse. After contacting the courier it looks like the parcel has been returned.

I now have no gift for my 3 year old for Christmas.

My delivery has been sent to someone in a different country. I have been trying to get hold of anyone in this company to assist which is proving impossible. I was holding off reviewing as I wanted to give them a chance to rectify the mistake but after days of all my communication being ignored I am now furious.

I have just gotten a small part of delivery and I needed to pay to take it over. The rest of delivery is not coming any time soon I was told by the customer service most probably not before Christmas. I am wondering how much will I pay for that when it arrives. The order is placed in November with "free shipping"

the slider is narrow and without edges, which cause our baby 2 or 3 falling.

It has to be with edges and also, handrails at the entrance to catch it up.

Bought for a 2 year old, it's brilliant. Easy to assemble, good and sturdy materials. Very happy with the purchaise. Its definately worth its price but it was great to be able to get it on sale for €230
