I bought 9 of them for my 3 grandchildren . I wanted them to learn the specific prayers and to help build a direct relationship to the subjects on the candles and to learn to focus when praying . They are well made and the illustrations are child friendly to make it easier for them to engage. The concept of them lighting the candle is cute.

I use this candle in my Sunday School class for Preschoolers through Kindergarteners. It’s perfect for the kids to learn how to pray with a candle without having an open flame to worry about. Each child takes turn from week to week leading the class in prayer by “lighting” the candle and then we close our class with prayer and “blowing out the candle.” Adorable, functional, and Christ centered.
