30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

It gets the job done but I go back to my smaller lulu Fanny bc it’s so much easier to unzip with one hand. The zipper on the kibou is cheap and rough, hard to open especially one handed. We decided to keep it though and hope it loosens up.

I was tired of carrying around a huge diaper bag for errands and every day stuff, so I ordered this Kibou and it is PERFECT. Perfectly small diaper bag (or just a bag) that fits what I need tor outings with my newborn (and 2.5yo). Wanted something small I can bring to playground/errands/etc that holds my phone, cards, and cash. I throw it in my big purse for trips where I have to travel a little heavier.
Also-wonderful customer service. Ordered one for a friend and needed some help with order. Super friendly and helpful when I called.

Great bag - fits most of the items as advertised. Fitting a bottle is at the cost of other items. I prefer to leave a bit more space for masks (COVID) and sanitizer.

My husband and I are very particular about how things look/feel/function, and were very hesitant about carrying a diaper bag of any kind. We found kibou and are are absolutely obsessed with the design and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It’s exactly what we wanted. Looks totally stylish and minimalist, and we feel it matches us. Plenty of room for the basics of our lifestyle. We ordered the bundle. Came with a dust bag, which we also keep inside it for the dirties. We purchased the olive, and will consider getting a second color.

Fits what I need for me and/or baby and not too bulky. Love the Olive color. I love wearing it across the shoulder, but works on around the waist just as well. I would say I wouldn't use it as a total replacement for a diaper bag for a long time out and about. But it works well if you need to just bring the bare essentials (phone, card, keys, bottle/snack, diaper). I also use it for myself a lot of the time too because I think it's super cute!

When I first got the Kibou, I tried wearing it across my shoulders as I've been doing with my Baggu, and I ended up with crazy neck pain. Now I only wear it around my hip and it's not painful. I also find it challenging to fit my all my cards and cash in the front pocket with my phone. If they aren't in the one of the two card pockets, they fall out when I use my phone. It's also hard to fit my mask and sunglasses anywhere without them accidentally falling out. I do like the leather and color, and it does give me more room for other things like food and clothes in my backpack.

I love how much I'm able to cram into it, and how easy it is for me to access everything. I also love how it's functions as a 'shelf' making it easier for me to breast feed my daughter when we're on the go.
What I don't love is the clasp. It's almost impossible for me to click it together one handed. It requires a very firm push to click it together and a firm tug to get the ends apart. I've pinched myself twice already in my rush to get the bag on while trying to get a 15 week old into her carrier before she breaks down.
Overall it's a great bag, with a minor flaw for someone who's always in a hurry. :-)

Super cute. Brilliant tuck away changing pad. One design flaw is def the wipes section which only keeps wipes wet for a day. Disappointed mid blow out to discover this. But still love the product!

This bag is the perfect size to carry all the essentials, and keeps things easy at hand. I have a 2 month old, and mine currently has: 3 diapers, 20 wipes, changing pad, baby hat, 1 burp rag, extra baby sleeper, 2 masks (me and 4 yo), hand sanitizer, my keys, emergency underwear and crayons for the 4 yo, 10 Band-Aids, credit card, Chapstick, and my phone. I basically stopped using my big diaper bag, and just keep it in the car with the extras (sunscreen, etc). This postpartum splurge was the best purchase of my entire baby registry!

The bag I ordered did not arrive on the date it was due BUT after following the tracker, I found it was stuck in some post office out of state. It showed it was shipped as soon as I ordered it and was delayed by the mail, not the sender. When I notified the sender, they were so great. They searched for it, let me know the progress and said they would send another bag if not received by specific date. I did finally receive it and am happy to say we are so very satisfied with the bag and also with this company for the efforts they gave in this matter!!

I’m a sucker for functionality. I love this bag for it’s intentional pockets/zippers/storage. I’m able to fit the booboo bag and the changing mat in that back pocket which is great, not too bulky. It’s definitely minimal — you need to want to keep it simple to really enjoy this bag. I keep a diaper, foldable sun hat, keys, sanitizer, two small toys and sometimes a thin onesie in the main compartment. Wipes are in the wipe complement and wallet (mine is super thin, only two cards) + phone in the front pocket. Pretty perfect!
