We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.

I just got this in the mail yesterday and I’m already obsessed with it! It’s such great quality and so easy to use. I’ve been having trouble with vasospasms that make pumping or nursing on one side extremely painful. The heat and vibration of this massager help alleviate the pain faster than anything else I’ve tried. It heats up quickly and has a ton of different vibration modes to help with let down, efficient emptying, and several other functions.

I was a bit intimidated by the different modes at first, but it’s actually very easy to use once you play around with it. It definitely helps the milk flow more freely and makes pumping feel less like a chore. Only 4 stars because the charging port cover can be a little tricky to pop open with short nails, but that also means it’s definitely sealed for the shower! Overall, a very solid investment for postpartum comfort!!

The fact that this is waterproof is the best feature. I use it in a warm shower to help clear clogs, and it works like a charm every time. It’s soft silicone and very easy to clean. 90 minutes of battery life is also super impressive, I only have to charge it once a week, even with daily use.
