We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

Okay, I know it's for lactation, but I definitely use the large end on my puffy eyes in the morning too. It’s high-quality jade and feels really sturdy. For nursing, it’s great for moving milk along when baby is being a lazy eater. Only 4 stars because I wish it came with a little travel pouch to keep it clean in my bag, but the tool itself is 10/10!

I love that this isn’t just a one-use tool. I keep it in the fridge and use it during my morning pump to help with let-down and flow, and then I use it on my face to de-puff my eyes after a long night with the baby. I was looking for a lactation massager that wasn't plastic or battery-operated, and this jade roller is perfect. It’s very quiet (obviously!) and the dual ends are great!! The smaller side is perfect for getting into specific tender spots. It feels much more hygienic and premium than the cheap plastic alternatives

A very durable and high quality roller! I've used rollers in the past, but this one is hefty and really helps massage my breast because of its weight. The ridges feel so good, and it really works! Love that these products are all things I can use even after I am done breastfeeding.
