We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

My kids absolutely love doing any and all things creative.
Arts and crafts is truly their favorite activity and these kids make doing so Easy everything is included in the kit and is super simple for them to do independently.. they love dependent kits because they got to personal their own necklaces and show their personality. We chose a hot summer day to sit inside and take the time to craft. It didn’t take us long to read the instructions . We did take the time to see if other way would work better for us we found that if we used a dot or two of glue under the image after tracing the image. We could place the image in the base of the pendant and then put two more dots of glue on the glass insert and firmly press it against the image we used a baby wipe to clean up spill over glue and gave it 3 hrs of cure time and it was flawless. We try to give easier crafts as my Children are on the spectrum so this worked out very well for us !

Thank you so much Pinwheel Crafts for opportunity to do a collaboration and sending me this amazing pendant jewelry kit! I used this kit for an arts and crafts day during the heat advisory decided to do this kit with my daughters and we had soo much fun ! Thwy loved that there were so many different images choose from, as well as choosing different pendants. Overall, I enjoyed being able to share quality time with my child and make beautiful necklaces. I definitely recommend this kit for mommy daughter time or family activities :)

We recently had the delightful opportunity to try out the DIY Pendant Jewelry Kit for Kids, which was a gifted experience for my 3-year-old daughter. From start to finish, the project was not only fun but also wonderfully engaging.
The kit comes with a variety of pendant shapes and an instruction book filled with pre-designed and blank templates. My daughter was particularly excited to create her own design. With a burst of creativity, she colored a unique pattern and placed it inside a heart-shaped pendant for herself. For her preschool owner, Ms. Jaime, she chose a vibrant rainbow design from the book, which she placed into a square pendant as a special gift for Teacher Appreciation Week.
The process was child-friendly. I helped with applying the glue, but she eagerly took over pressing the glass onto the designs. After the designs dried, I trimmed the excess paper and added the glue to the metal pendants, and she pressed them into the metal pendants. She proudly assembled the chains the next morning. Wearing her necklace to preschool, she couldn't wait to gift the square pendant to Ms. Jaime, holding onto it from the moment it was finished until it was joyfully handed over.
This kit not only provided a fantastic crafting experience but also a beautiful way for my daughter to express her creativity and generosity.

My daughter began to show an interest in learning to crochet. I never was much of a crochet expert so when I saw this kit I thought it would be perfect to get her started. She is 12 and still at an age that really enjoys cute plushy animals. This kit with the love bunny seemed ideal. It all comes in a cute reusable bag for easy storage as you make the bunny. The instructions are colorful and clear. Each piece is well organized. This should be a simple and straightforward project for her that she will enjoy. I love that the crochet needle is pink and has a grippy handle.

Really fun kit to complete! I loved the variety of photo options, and my son had a lot of fun with the pendants. I wish there were more leather necklaces in the kit, but it comes with lots of the beaded options.

This is a cute beginner crochet set with everything you need to get started (except clippers). The yarn is not your typical yarn it's more like a nylon type of yarn which can be easier for new crocheters to use. The instructions seem clear, but the booklet is small, so the print might be a bit hard to read. There is a link to videos. The videos do have closed captioning. The price for this kit is a bit on the high side -- I have seen bigger kits for a lot less. It is a cute item, though.
