30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

Baby’s Brew customer service has been top notch. When placing a pickup order, they were super accommodating with a quick pickup before I left town.
The warmer itself is fantastic. Quicker and more consistent than warming a cup of water to heat breast milk. Relatively easy to clean, and definitely convenient.

I love this bottle warmer, It is very convenient even for at home use, but great for on the go. I do like the adapters as I pump into medela/Dr. Brown bottles.

Works perfectly..no leaking. Saw a review saying it leaked so I ordered this and a comotomo adaptor just in case. I use Medela to store and multiple types of bottles to feed. So Medela really is easiest. Haven't had any problems with it. Works great. Didn't need the comotomo one.

I Put in the wrong address, called and they switched it right away. It isn’t always that easy to make those changes. Got to my house quick and worked perfectly.

I'm literally about to smash my warmer. The Medela adapter leaks. Here's more wasted hard earned breastmilk even after ensuring the silicone seals were seated correctly and the adapter was screwed on perfectly (I'm extra careful because it leaks so frequently but it doesn't matter how careful you are). My Boon and Tommee Tippee adapters have yet to leak, so it is CLEARLY issue with the Medela adapter. I'm posting another "5 star" review because this company is dishonest and won't post reviews that give them 3 stars or less. If you want to know the truth about this warmer, look at Amazon reviews.

Adapter is great however the actual warmer is awful. Takes about 35 minutes to heat up 5 ounces of cold milk/formula. A STRONG DO NOT BUY. Will be returning ASAPPPP

Fits Medela bottles perfectly with the attachment accessory. We love the convenience of warming the bottle on the go or in the nursery without having to go down to the kitchen!

This was a great purchase. We travel frequently for work pre baby and were struggling to figure out how best to travel with an EBF baby. This has helped tremendously. We get about 6-7 bottles before it needs to be charged again.

This works amazing! Only thing is you don’t need a separate adapter for both medela and dr browns, I purchased each one off the website and they came in the mail and they’re the same thing.

They work great when your new mom brain remembers to use them, lol. I do with there were a handy carrying case for your adapters. That would make it so much easier to grab and go out the door.

Medela adapter works as expected. My only critique is I wish the bunny ear covers covered both the adapter and bottle warmer while both are attached. Sometimes the bunny ear covers fall off the warmer while it is in my purse and it requires to wipe it down before attaching a medela bottle of breastmilk.
