We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

I LOVE this caddy! This is perfect for those of you who don’t care to roll the UNPAPER towels. It is even great in the bathroom! It’s so unusual that it starts conversations from family and friends about being environmentally friendly. I better go and buy one more before they sell out!

I am really enjoying the unpaper towels! I am using them for counter cleanup and for damp dusting. More ideas will come, but I have only had them for a week. :-)
I do not love the roll holder, though, as the stack of towels starts to unravel on the roll and fall away from it. I prefer my kitchen to look neat and tidy, so this would have been a better option for me!

I use this to dry my reusable sandwich bags and it is PERFECT! Plenty of air flow, and I don't worry about mildew or anything because the inside airs out so well on here!

I bought the small one when I purchased a set of facial rounds. I use it to store the used rounds until enough stack up to be washed. It does a good job of keeping them all together in the washer and seems to prevent any damage.

I love the design and simplicity of this. My only complaint is that I wish it were big enough to also hold the napkins / wipes flat as well, I go thru so many in a day that I hate folding them after wash and a lot more fit flat… they hang over the front about an inch. We use them for napkins, Kleenex, face wipes and baby wipes, pretty much every where in the home. Even though they don’t quite fit, I am getting 2 more, because it’s better than stuffing a jar and adding extra steps to fold. So overall this is very useful and handy.

I love this mesh bag. Holds everything I need and does well in the washer. I would suggest tying a small knot at the end of each string that way the plastic cord stopper doesn't come all the way off.

Got the extra dowel to prep my next round of paper towel wrags - was a bit confused initially on purchasing the prewrapped versus this. Long story short, you need this dowel and holder to utilize this size best, unless you have your own already.

I probably could have gone with just the small mesh sac, but after just orderig some more of the unpaper towels and the reuseable sponges I am glad that I went with the large.
So convenient, we just hung it under our sink and toss our used ones in it and then at the end of the roll or the week we tie off the bag and throw it in the wash. Works great and I ddon't worry about the towelsgetting tangled with anything else, then we just air dry them.

I’d been using my un paper towels wrapped around an old paper towel roll and it was fine- but this really improves the whole process. Without the need for the cardboard roll the rI’ll of unpaper towels is less cumbersome and rolling them up is easier too. Appreciate the extra touch of the felt pad on the bottom.

I purchased the large mesh bag and it is a perfect size for larger washing needs. I can fit more dirty or wet items, cinch them with the little knob and it stays put in the wash. I like this bag and hope MM creates different sizes for home and travel needs. GREAT item!

I was using the small laundry bag for my 2 year old's socks, but the socks keep getting bigger in size so I've upgraded to this size and use the smaller one for the facial rounds (& tiny infant socks) instead. Love it. I almost wonder if I need just a couple more... :)

This large size is great for my cloth paper towels or the tons of baby socks. I also have and use the smaller size for the reusuable face pads. The larger size is great for more items though

For a while, I was washing my reusable cloths in a garment bag instead of this bag, which has way larger mesh. This bag helps my DIY powder laundry detergent get to the cloths (moon pads, cloth wipes, cloth napkins) a lot better and lets the dirt and such release from the bag easier. This bag is made of sturdy material, so hopefully it lasts a long time. I recommend it for anyone with reusable cloth products or if you just want to contain you socks and undies in your washing machine so they don’t get stuck in the door seal (gross!).

I have a small and large mesh bag. I like both of them. the smaller bag on I keep in the bathroom for my eye round and face cloth. the large mesh bag is in the kitchen for my reusable paper towels. works out great while doing laundry. when don't all your products are in the bag and not all over the place
