We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- You will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- No restocking fees
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You must purchase your own return label during the return process
- A 25% restocking fee applies to items priced $100 or above (except clothing and shoes)
We are not able to provide free labels or make exceptions for customers who choose a refund to original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply when you return an item priced >.$100 and you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit. We also reserve the right to apply restocking fees for certain items priced less than $100 when they are not returned in resellable conditions - e.g. you removed the original packaging. If you remove the original packaging we reserve the right to reject the return, however we may simply apply a restocking fee on a case by case basis so your return will still be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

This nativity set by Haba is beautiful! It is minimalistic but elegant. It is the perfect size to set up on a shelf and display. The beech wood is so well crafted and each piece has its own character. I love the lighter coloring of the wood in this set. Overall, it is beautiful as a decoration or set up for kids as a learning tool.

My wife has wanted a simple nativity set for a while that can handle a house with kids. This one fits the bill. Construction seems solid and all the major parts of the nativity story are represented. Hopefully will last many years

This wooden nativity scene is absolutely beautiful. I love that it’s simple with the blank faces but very detailed, carved wooden people and animals. It is a great representation of the nativity scene and great homage to baby Jesus.

When I ordered this I thought it would be a nice set to have for my grandkids to play with. I was not expecting it to be this beautiful and now I almost want to keep it away from the grandkids. It is beautifully made and does not look lie a toy at all. The figurines are just the right size and weight for little hands. I am so tickled with this and my grandson love playing with it.

This product is an absolute Christmas holiday staple in our home! It is so dreamy and beautiful as a decor option but also so easy for children to play with as a Mama of 3 that's so important to me! This set is excellent quality. The only complaint anyone had is that they don’t have faces and the kids were a little weirded out by it. No rough edges all quality and smooth. Super important note-if you have animals that like to smack things off ledges like our cat- get this set!

I absolutely love this nativity set! The quality is very good and they seem so well made. The best part for me is that my children can carefully play with it and I’m not worried about them breaking it. They seem very durable, except for the staff, but that’s because it’s thin, but still great quality. I find it truly gorgeous! I do recommend taking a picture before taking them out of the box so that you can easily store the pieces in the right slot.

I love this nativity set. its elegant and yet simple at the same time. I have two younger children who like to move things around and I like that this isn't so delicate that they are able to play with it without me worrying. I would definitely recommend this set!

Since having my own kids, I love creating and upholding, yearly traditions, such as decorating my entire home for Christmas and hosting what we in the Hispanic community know as novenas. I’ve been in search of a perfect nativity scene, but one can never have too many nativity scenes, especially if you have two different Christmas areas to decorate. I set this one up in my upstairs where I have my second Christmas tree. They nativity scene was easy to set up and the material feels sturdy. One thing I am going to do is superglue everything together because I don’t like the idea of things rolling about .

I love putting out our family Nativity set but am always concerned with "little hands" wanting to play with it and get broken.I recently discovered that HABA has a Nativity Manger set just the right size for little hands to hold and act out the Christmas story as it is read on Christmas Eve ,This beautiful set made in Germany of local beech wood comes in a sturdy box for easy storage includes : a contemporary looking Manger,Baby Jesus,Mary,Joseph,the three Wise Men,a Shepherd ,two sheep,one Donkey,and one Ox,
The set is safe for children over three and the stain used is non toxic so not to worry if it "accidentally" get put in a small mouth.I know our family will enjoy this Nativity Set for years and recommend to family and friends.

This nativity set is so cute. It’s well made, although if played with too rough I can see the hands and staff coming off. All the pieces are made of wood, and the stable has two pieces that slide into each other to stabilize it. It’s super cute and my kids love it.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about this nativity set. It’s gorgeous, absolutely stunning. It is wonderfully minimalist, so elegant, and the quality is exceptional. It’s strong enough for my 3, 5, and 7 year old to play with too! It comes beautifully packaged in a very sturdy box as well. Worth every penny!
