30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

The adapter fits perfectly on the NUK bottles, but the silicone ring doesn't, which causes it to leak. I bought an extra silicone ring but even that doesn't fit properly on the adapter. Whey do they make silicone rings that don't fit on the NUK adapters?

Great concept but this adaptor seems to always leak when being used. It’s frustrating to lose .5 oz of breast milk and making a mess anytime we try to use this on the go.

So far only used the NUK adapter out of the 5 different adapters that i had purchased. It works as it should with my NUK bottles and was able to have my partner feed our baby a warm bottle while they waited in the car for me during my doctors visit.

Couldn't recommend this enough! No more stress of lugging around an electric warmer, hoping there's an outlet near by or asking for a hot cups of water. The Baby's Brew heats three milk to the perfect temp and is truly amazing!

Love the product!! Would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the ads pater cap constantly causes the bottle to leak water when heating and when removing the bottle. Sadly I’ve only had it for one week. I think it’s the silicone inside which causes the leak.

I love the baby brew, I pump between 5 to 6 times a day and when we go away is hard to warm her milk, so with this device this problem become easier and even to keep it in my night table to have her milk work in the middle of the night ready to feed her as soon as my baby wakes up!!

I love the convenience of Baby’s Brew! Our little one gets in moods when he will only take a bottle and it’s great to be able to warm it up anytime anywhere. My only issue is the amount of time it takes to warm up, other than that, it’s amazing 🌟

This is so great!! I wish I had it years ago with my second who was a fussy one about her bottle being warmed. Now it using it with the third, I wish I had it sooner. He will not take a bottle unless it's warm... This is great compared to sitting in the car with the plug in a/c adapter bottle warmer and waiting 20 minutes or more!!!

I wish we had this with our first baby- what a time saver and it’s so convenient to travel with! It’s a little pricey but it is SO worth it and you’ll get so much use out of it for when all of your babies use bottles. We use this warmer as our primary home bottle warmer and as the travel one.
