• Star is a sequin fabric filled with a bit of stuffing for puff.
• Glitter is pressed on fabric so it won’t shed around the house.
• Tulle is attached to the wand, and the stem is wooden.
• Not designed for children under 4 yrs.
• Materials: glitter, cotton, polyester, glue, wood.
