I have been buying this as a gift for every 1 year old’s birthday since 2014. Always a winner for them to grow into!

They did not send the correct alligator that is pictured. It appears to be a slightly different version than the one pictured, perhaps an older model. The one sent doesn't have a rubber banding around the wheels so it doesn't work on hard floors only on carpet. The one they sent is also more quiet than the version pictured because the spacer between each clacking piece of wood is smaller than the one pictured. The spacer on the one send is molded into the clacker pieces so it ends up being smaller that the long bead spacee etween the clackers in the one pictuted. This causes the one they sent to be bit more quiet, which is ok, but it doesn't work as expected becuase the wheels don't turn on hard floors due to not having the rubber band on the wheels. There person I gave this to opted to keep the alligator that the company sent rather than ask for replacement to the same model that I have with rubber feet and different spacers that make it louder. Her child still enjoys the version that doesn't work on hard floors. I would give the newer version with rubber wheels band 4 stars and the version thst we recieved from Amazon 3 stars.

My daughter loves how easy this toy is to pull the colors are very cute and even though my daughter prefers playing with it outside it’s still very durable

This toy was made in Thailand using chemical-free rubberwood that would have otherwise been burned. It's a pull/push toy, and a sorting cube.

Quality is good. No odor. But if pulling it on the wood floor is too loud. And it’s can be scary to a baby

Bought this as a gift for a 12 mo old. I was little concerned after reading other reviews that it no longer has the rubber strip on the wheels to help with traction. While it is true that the snail does not have the rubber strip, it still works just fine. Even on slippery hardwood, the wheels turn and the snail does it's little inchworm motion. I love it, I think it's cute as a button. The baby teedle toddles around with it dragging behind her. It takes a good beating, so far no problems. Her parents like that it is quiet. I opted for the snail over the crocodile for this reason. Though it is also adorable, the crocodile appears to make a clacking noise when it moves. We are very happy with the snail.

Bought this as a birthday gift for a one year old girl. I wasn’t at the birthday party, but I’m told by people who were there that the birthday girl LOVED it - and preferred it over some pretty extravagant presents. She isn’t walking quite yet, but they said she enjoyed sitting on the floor playing with it as well having other people pull it.

Grand baby loved watching is move across the floor when under 5 months, at 5 months loves holding it and chewing on it for teething relief. Now 10 months tries to pull toy as cruising along furniture.

I was looking for a pull toy that won't be easy to flip, and this is it! I did a lot of research and found out that many pull toys just flip on to the side when child takes a turn. Due to the body flexibility this alligator has pretty good stability. Highly recommend it.

Sweet gift. Kids. Can drag this around the house and even behind them on the balance bike. It’s held up to the abuse…but I wouldn’t even blame it if it didn’t. It’s cute and fun!

I got this toy for my daughter's first birthday. For nearly $50, I expected a MUCH better product. The alligator is very small and the wooden body segments scrape against our wood floors when it's pulled along. Additionally, the wheels don't turn on either carpet or wood floors because there is no rubber in the wheels and the body segments are longer than the wheels, so it just drags.

If you're debating whether or not this is for you, find another option!!

Darling pull toy with a fun click clack noise that is why it is called click clack. Like having a musical noise follow from room to room. It gets throughly abused and keeps going strong!

I am disappointed because this toy does not work on hardwood floors, only rugs. The back wheels drag. My toddler really loves it but we have to return it. Other reviews have confirmed that it’s not. One off defect.

Our toddler grandson gets very frustrated with this toy because no matter how carefully he pulls it it falls over. The wheels are attached to the axle off center. This is so it wattles as it rolls. Unfortunately, the wheels are so far off center it just falls over. Neither he nor I can find any way to pull it and have it stay upright. Very disappointing.
