About SlumberPod
SlumberPod is the authentic original, invented by mom-and-daughter duo Katy Mallory and Lou Childs to solve the age-old problem of getting a good night's sleep when traveling with a baby or toddler. The idea was born in 2014 when shared rooms disrupted a baby's sleep, and the privacy blackout pod launched in 2016. After appearing on ABC's Shark Tank and securing an investment from Barbara Corcoran, SlumberPod grew its line to include the SlumberGo playard and SlumberTot inflatable toddler mattress.
