We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.

After a failed cloth pouf version, thought I’d try this one and wow this suds up. The pocketed soap insert and the fact that the mesh layers are thinner I think really help.
Right away under water it starts to bubble up.
I’m not sure if it’s also the soap, but for now, it’s like a pouf and a soap saver in one!

The one downside to switching to bar soap was that it doesn’t lather as well as liquid soap. However, with this shower pouf it lathers even better than liquid soap! 10/10!

What a set of delicious smelling soap. And not "yum it smells like cake." No, more like "mmmmm this soap put me at such ease." And a perfect set to test all the scents (non of which you can go wrong with). And the soap saver is a LIFE saver- I use mine all the time and haven't lost a single soap sliver.

The holes in these bags are perfectly sized to keep small soap bits inside but allow you to use the soap. I was worried it might be difficult to use the soap while it’s in the bag, but that hasn’t been a problem at all!

If you are a user of bar soap or other bath products like conditioner, you will love this product. It really allows you to use ALL of the product without it breaking apart and becoming unusable. Recommend installing a hook so you can keep it hanging so it dries out.

These made it so much easier to use bar soap! The bag helps the bar lather quickly - without being slippery and is the perfect level of exfoliation for the body - not too rough and stays soft. If you're able to hang it the bar doesn't get soggy! Highly recommend these bags!

I love these bags! I don’t like soap trays and although there is one made to prevent water from pooling, I don’t have the space in my shower for a shave bar, shampoo bar, conditioner bar, body bar, and face bar to all sit on a shelf! So, with these I am able hang up in the top of my shower and away from water so they can have a chance to dry out. My face also feels smooth- the bag provides soft and smooth friction without roughness and irritation. I recommend and may get a second set so my boyfriend can have his own products!

I’ve been toying with the possibility of switching to bar shampoo/conditioner, but in a small shower I didn’t have a lot of good places to keep those bars, let alone any other soaps, and forget about keeping track of which is which - once my glasses are off I need to know where each item is without needing to read the bottle/packaging. These sold me on finally taking the plunge and making the switch. Having each bag labeled is great, but the color-coding makes them even better. I can be sure I’m getting the right soap even if I can’t read the text, and the bags can hang wherever I need them.

Works perfectly for little bits of soap and hangs perfectly off of my bathtub faucet so that it doesn't get too wet by the water spraying out when I turn it on even when I don't move it out of the way.

The soap saver is not a glamorous product, but it’s my favorite! It’s economical since we can use up every tiny bit of bar soap. Plus it’s very easy to clean and provides a nice scrub (not too rough) in the shower. I hang it to dry on a leg in my shower so the soap doesn’t melt or get gloppy.

I love bar soap and have switched to shampoo and conditioner bars as well but hate soap dishes. This is super simple but solved the problem flawlessly. A little smaller than I imagined but fit a brand new bar of soap just fine.

I purchased this for my young son who has gross motor delays, because holding slippery soap is very difficult. This item is truly life changing for him! He can now bathe independently without frustration. The mesh bag is so soft and bars of soap definitely lasts a lot longer now. Plus the ability to hang it up so the soap dries out faster is awesome!
