30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

i got 3 of the Tubelox deluxe sets and i used the when i was a kid now as a teenager i used the to make a boat i just put a tarp on the bottom and put bungees on it to keep it on and it was amazing it worked and later that winter i made it a pool with a tarp inside it to keep the water in these products allowed me to do things that i have seen nobody else do!

This company really backs their products, and their customer service team does an excellent job. My set arrived missing some pieces and they were quick to respond and replace the parts.

Had this set for more than 2 years. Finally broke it out. Made the tea cart by myself. A first time project. Designed and made a balance/rocker out of extra parts. Just need three floor protectors that will still allow flexibility to rock.

We absolutely love our two blocks and having a convenient storage bag makes it even better! Everything fits in easily without any special attention to where things go in to make sure they fit they fit every time however, you put them in and it’s easy to search for what you’re looking for without disrupting the bag contents .

We bought a deluxe set for our 7yr old for Christmas and she loves it. The major downside is that we need another deluxe set for some builds and they're not cheap!! They do stay together well, relatively easy to build, and my kid loves them, as have any other kids that come to visit.
We also received excellent customer service when one short yellow tube was missing from out set. It was mailed out to us very quickly and without hassle. My recommendation here is to check that you do have all the pieces first!

Love this toy! We have more than 3 sets. -This is akin to legos but full scale. It is well made and easy to use.

Tubeblox are great toys and the canvas packs just add something extra to the kids fort and castle builds. They are sturdy and yes they fit tight as designed so that they support areas where needed. Great purchase. We keep coming back for more bits, sets and bobs.

Great for additional pieces, only downside is it doesn’t include extra wheels and there is no way to purchase extra wheels without buying an entire latge set.

Got my kids this add on for Christmas and they haven’t been interested enough to use them yet. (They were using Tubelox all of the time prior to gifting this). I’m hoping for some example builds for these particular 6 way connector pieces. Couldn’t find any online.

We got these for our three petit boys who are 7,5,&2. Having grown up with Pipeworks I was very excited to find Tubelox. Unfortunately within the first two days of the boys playing with them 4 pieces broke. Customer service was wonderful and replaced the broken pieces without question. That being said these are just nowhere near as sturdy as Pipeworks were and I unfortunately don’t see them lasting very long. We will keep them and play as long as they last because the kids love them but I doubt we’ll reorder.

One of the original tires for the grandkids' set was damaged. Since three tires usually are inadequate, I ordered another. Just like the others! No problems for new assemblies.

I needed the short yellow piece and ordered two different packs that contained it. I got on shipment with 2 bent pieces only. Not what I ordered at all.

We were pretty underwhelmed with the canvas. Even on sale they are over priced in my opinion. The stitching is cheaply done, sizing is not uniform. Some pieces are impossible to get on they're such a tight fit and others are loose and a couple had tears in the corners after the first use. They're difficult to get on so kids require help. Would be better if they were stretchy maybe? And cheaper. I thought some clips that could hold fabric on to builds would be better...

My grandchildren love them. And their projects have gotten more challenging as they’ve grown. As toddlers they made simple structures and recently made vehicles they sat it! Creative , challenging and fun! I highly recommend.

I like the bag, keeps things organized. We don’t know how to use the canvases properly and would love instructions. The lights are basic and have to be separately charged. Looks like something straight from china.
