We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

If you have flat or inverted nipples, you know the absolute dread of trying to get a newborn to latch. Standard hospital shields are rigid, clinical, and constantly fall off. Do yourself a favor and get the multi-pack kit first!

I was about to give up on breastfeeding because of the pain, but this kit changed everything. The colored nipple shields are so soft and thin that my baby had no trouble latching, and they protected me while I healed. While these do stay on better, I wish they had a clear option. I need to be able to see if I’m getting milk into the shield, especially right after birth when you’re waiting for milk to come in and hand expressing

I have flat nipples and my daughter was really struggling to latch at the hospital. The clinical ones they gave me were thick and kept collapsing. These shields are much thinner and more flexible, which helped my baby get a deeper latch almost immediately

The cut-out design is everything. It allows for that skin-to-skin contact so my baby can still smell me while we feed. I was worried about nipple confusion, but we’ve been using these to help with a shallow latch and transitioning back to nursing has been seamless. Plus, they are incredibly easy to wash and sanitize

I used them for about 4 days to give myself time to heal while still being able to nurse, and it made such a difference. The silicone is super soft and doesn't irritate my skin. Finally, the right fit! I was so frustrated trying to guess my size with other brands. This kit is genius because it comes with all three sizes (16mm, 20mm, and 24mm). I figured out immediately that I needed the 20mm, and the transition was so much smoother for my baby.

My LC recommended these because of my flat nipples, and I’m so glad she did. The silicone is incredibly thin and soft, so my baby didn't seem to mind the transition at all. The 'Perfect Fit' sizing guide was spot on, too. No more pain or chafing! I love that it comes with a carrying case so I can keep them clean in my diaper bag. 10/10 quality.

This set only provided one nipple of each side. So you are forced to buy a new set. The description was unclear — I (understandably) thought I was receiving two of each size, in order to determine my size. I have two nipple… why would this kid only have a shield for one?

When my baby was born she had to go straight into the nicu due to some slight breathing problems and I wasn’t even able to hold her until almost 24 hours later so needless to say she was first introduced to the bottle . I was devastated because nursing didn’t come natural to her. I had nursed my other two children and it was such a beautiful experience.
At the hospital they gave me a nipple shield and despite trying for about a week she just wouldn’t latch for more than a second. It was frustrating; the shield kept falling off and it made her so upset . So I’ve been having to pump, bottle feeding and supplementing with formula since we’ve been home . It’s all been so time consuming and exhausting.
Then I found this site,I loved the natural design and I saw that it has adhesives and I thought that makes so much sense! So I ordered the kit and the very first time I tried it with my daughter she latched on and nursed until she fell asleep! It was a miracle ! I was so overjoyed!

I love that this comes with a dedicated carrying case and a waterproof pouch. It makes it so much more hygienic to throw in my diaper bag when we’re heading out. The shields themselves are thin and flexible, so they feel much more natural than the thick plastic ones you get at the hospital
