We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- You will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- No restocking fees
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You must purchase your own return label during the return process
- A 25% restocking fee applies to items priced $100 or above (except clothing and shoes)
We are not able to provide free labels or make exceptions for customers who choose a refund to original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply when you return an item priced >.$100 and you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit. We also reserve the right to apply restocking fees for certain items priced less than $100 when they are not returned in resellable conditions - e.g. you removed the original packaging. If you remove the original packaging we reserve the right to reject the return, however we may simply apply a restocking fee on a case by case basis so your return will still be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

After we lost our home in the Palisades fire, the first thing I bought (and also received as a donation from this wonderful company!) were two AU blankets. It's been a rough few months, but these blankets have brought comfort to my toddler and baby as we've been living on the road without cribs trying to find a new place to live. Losing all of our stuff has made us reflect on what things are worth re-buying, and that the most special pieces are ones made with love, functional/nontoxic, and beautiful.
The popcorn blanket is SO soft and cozy, the perfect mid-weight, and beautiful shades of blue and pink. We also have the Sawa blanket which is great for in the carseat, but my baby seems to prefer the popcorn as it's a bit snugglier. I wish I had found this company sooner as before we just had polyester blankets.

My 2.5 has had his blue popcorn blanket since he was born and falls more in love with it by the day! It has always been by his side in his crib, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing that it's a completely safe blanket, without any toxic materials. We are huge AU baby fans. My only wish is that they start to make larger kids blankets (hint: sky blue)! Fun fact: this blanket doubles as a super hero cape for our little one, too! I don’t know what magic is in this blanket! My newborn absolutely LOVES it. It’s so soft, cozy and warm. He snoozes so much better when we have him wrapped in this. So glad we decided to invest in this for him. Maine winter will be much more bearable!

My baby has a rare skin condition that is not picked up via genetics testing. Due to this fact we were shocked at birth and quickly had to scramble to get products that would support his skin. Minimizing friction is key and this blanket has solved that. I can use this while sitting with him, feeding him and eventually in the crib with him while he is sleeping as he gets older. Most blankets cause friction and can be scratchy but this is super soft and he loves to be snuggled up in it! Buy this and you won’t regret it!

My baby is currently 16 months old, exclusively breastfed since birth and had not slept through the night until he was 10 months old. As I thought at 10 months he was finally sleeping through the night, sadly for me it was only 2 days in a row. Then back to his normal waking every 2 hours. Sleep deprivation while caring for a baby is no joke and can put a damper on daily life. I was getting to that point of being completely exhausted wondering how much longer I could handle waking every night so often just hoping and praying he would start someday soon. My mom told me about a blanket she saw on Shark Tank and went on about how amazing it was supposed to be. I’ll be honest I was hesitant because of the price due to the fact that I had already tried so many other things to try get him to sleep through the night. I was beginning to think this was just my life now and didn’t really want to waste anymore money on something else that claimed it would work. Fast forward 2 months after my mom telling me about the AuBaby blanket, she asked why I never ordered it. I told her my reasoning but this time she convinced me as I was desperate. I know it’s taken me a while to get to my point of review but I had to give some background. Let me just say the only thing I regret about this whole situation is the fact that I waited 2 months to order it. The moment the AuBaby blanket came I was so excited to use it. My 16 month old SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!! I’ve waited for a month now to review this because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I am giving this as a gift. I saw Alexandra on Shark Tank where she said her blankets were made of 100% extra fine Morino fiber. I do not see that exactly on the website, is this still true?. It should state this and.... 3x more durable than cotton, zero pesticides used, purely plant dyed, biodegrades at end of life. I want my gift giver to know this is not just an ordinary blanket. I appreciate what is on the other two cards that are sent with the purchase but these above elements are crucial information to disclose as well.

We were gifted this yellow blanket and it has been a favorite for use in our Doona stroller/carseat. We don't worry about it getting too dirty because it seems to wick away all of the dirt that it encounters. It is a perfect all around ideal baby shower gift that your friends will always love.

As a knitter I've handled countless wools and I could tell upon first holding this blanket that it's made with very high quality merino. It is incredibly soft without the least bit of scratchiness. This is the kind of blanket that will be well loved year after year. I'm grateful it's non toxic and I can feel comfortable knowing my baby isn't touching anything that could harm her. The Sky blue color is soft and beautifully muted in person.

This is truly the best blanket my child has and we have a TON from friends and family. My daughter has very sensitive skin and I don’t have to worry about how this will impact her. It’s SO incredibly luxurious, but still easy to take care of. 100% recommend.

We have the popcorn in poppy and absolutely love it! The popcorn keeps baby warm and cozy and gets softer every time she uses it. We’ve used it for a picnic and it was perfect size for us. We also have the sawa, which we love. The quality of all AUBaby blankets is unbeatable and something you won’t find elsewhere. Next I want to get the Billie. I wish they made these in adult sizes. I had my daughters initials embroidered and it is so nice to have a custom piece for her on a high quality, non-toxic, organic product.
