30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- You will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- No restocking fees
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You must purchase your own return label during the return process
- A 25% restocking fee applies to items priced $100 or above (except clothing and shoes)
We are not able to provide free labels or make exceptions for customers who choose a refund to original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply when you return an item priced >.$100 and you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit. We also reserve the right to apply restocking fees for certain items priced less than $100 when they are not returned in resellable conditions - e.g. you removed the original packaging. If you remove the original packaging we reserve the right to reject the return, however we may simply apply a restocking fee on a case by case basis so your return will still be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

I loved the blanket. Extremely soft and nice. But I am very disappointed it got mixed up with the rest of the babies blankets. It only went in the wash so I let it air dry laying flat. It is basically a rug now. Super disappointing on a very expensive blanket.

I ordered this Beautiful Blanket after I saw on Shark Tank and Alexandra was so helpful for me as it was for my first Great Granddaughter and my Family loved the Blanket so much I just ordered another one for my second Great Granddaughter due in a few months. Mt Two grand daughters thought the blanket is beautiful and is exactly as was described by Alexandra both on the web site and on Shark tank. I will get a photo to post soon.

I bought 2 AU Baby blankets after watching Alexandra on shark tank. I bought one popcorn pink blanket for a friends newborn, and one sawa blanket in sky blue for my son. He is 8 weeks old now and this is the primary blanket I use for him while he sleeps. The quality of this blanket is truly incredible. I can tell it is going to be gentle on my baby’s skin. It feels super soft to the touch, and looks beautiful. The color is gorgeous. I also had his name added on it with a heart. Initially the embroidery didn’t look perfect and the R in his name looked like an N. Alexandra was quick to fix it for me! I’m very impressed by the customer service and overall experience with purchasing the blankets. I will probably buy another one for my baby and also get more as gifts. Absolutely love it. If only Alexandra made adult versions for the same price ;-)

I bought this blanket for a friend. They haven’t gotten it yet but I felt I needed to explain why not to wash it but once a year🫣 I also suggested for them to do the Shark Tank episode to see why “not” which is where I saw it. I hope they love it! I did pull it out of the pretty wrap to make sure the name I had engraved on it was correct. Beautiful blanket.
