The product label indicates a weight range of 13-45 lbs. However, upon using the product with my 13 lb daughter, I noticed that the seat spreads her legs excessively, raising concerns about potential hip damage as expressed by my doctor. The wide leg spread appears to be beyond the recommended range and could lead to dislocation.
