The strawberry design is so cute and the cup does a great job keeping water cold. However the twist cap harbors sooo much mold and is difficult to clean completely.

Best cup I’ve bought for my little one. Only concern is the metal handle she got her hand stuck so maybe they could make that a little bigger. The size is perfect and it stays cold for hours

I bought this for my grandson. He takes it everywhere, even to the beach! I don't even know how many times it's been washed already (and dropped already) and it still looks brand new. He loves it and I love that we're reducing our plastic usage.

My toddler is obsessed with this bottle, he takes it to daycare and actually sleeps with it at naptime. We love that the lid twists and the straw folds away, preventing other kids from touching it. It has a handle that is just the right size for his little hand to carry independently. It holds enough water to keep him happy but not enough that it's too heavy.

I really wanted to love it but it’s lacking in some areas. It leaks quite a bit when closed which is a huge negative, esp for a child holding it. When opening it the straw often gets stuck flipped down so you have to un tuck the straw, maybe over time this won’t be an issue? I wish the handle was a little longer. It’s still a decent water bottle. I like that the straw isn’t plastic, and when dropped it hasn’t dented, cute design. Just disappointed for how much it spills.

These straw caps leak really bad so I have no idea why they claim it’s leak proof as it’s nowhere near leak proof.

Literally broke in less than a month after I got it. It just started leaking. And when I reached out via the website — no one ever got back to me. I’m very sad cause we were so excited to have this bottle.

A great insulated cup with a silicone straw. It’s a great size for a water bottle or a lunch time beverage (milk for us). Great bottle.

I really wish the lid had a barrier between the water and the plastic lid. So much effort to use the stainless steel and silicone straw only to then have the lid not be plastic -free. I will probably buy an all-stainless option if you make one.

I got this for my 4 year old in late June. She dropped it after a few weeks and the top broke. I emailed Kleen Kanteen and they said they only cover "manufacturer's defects. " I thought this would be a durable water bottle that lasted a few years--instead, it lasted a few weeks. Disappointing that it broke, more disappointing about Kleen Kanteen's response.

It’s a sturdy bottle and the lid is easy to clean. We have a tiny straw brush and use it for the straw in the lid and the metal straw. It hasn’t leaked so far.

Very disappointed in the quality of this water bottle for the cost. The silicone part of the straw ripped apart when I was disassembling it to clean it. I am not that strong of a woman. I was so happy to find a water bottle with a metal straw. Was hoping to warrantee it, but needed a proof of purchase… well I don’t keep receipts, and would hope for the cost that a rock solid warrantee would be a given.

I generally really like this water bottle. Print is cute, keeps water cold with ice and is easy to clean. My toddler loves the twist cap and so honestly it’s his water bottle now. I like the size and weight but wish it had a little more capacity

We like the bottle, but after used it for weeks we discovered that sometimes, when we open it some water come out by the silicone straw, and splash everything.

I really liked it for my 3 year old, but I found it difficult to open the bottle for refill (I have short fingers and not very strong hands). So when I tried to open it 1 month into using it, I actually broke off the metal handle
