I was looking for a water bottle with no plastic / BPA and this is perfect! Keeps my water cold for hours and has the convenient built in silicone straw! Plus it’s personalized and cute!

I wish they sold the 16oz with the straw, but because they don't I went with the 20. it's TALL, but otherwise it's perfect.

Out of all of the top brands of thermoses and water bottles I have owned, klean kanteen is the best. The twist cap with the straw is a genius design. I love that I can twist it closed so my straw stays clean. I can throw it in a bag, or backpack, and it never leaks. It's easy to clean. It fits comfortably in my hand, and perfectly in the cup holder of the car. I own several, that are in constant use, I can't think of one complaint! Oh, and my drink is always ice cold!. . . . ❄️😍❄️

I love that replacement parts are easy to buy. If anything the tkwide system keeps my drink too warm in the morning. I have a 1 hour commute and would like to enjoy tea when I get to work without burning myself. Still I bought a few of these straw styles for water so all my bottles can be the same lid ecosystem.

Tried out this water bottle because of the non-plastic parts. It's hard to find a good water bottle with a stainless steel straw and silicone spout. Loving it so far!

The only negative for me - In order to open the bottle to fill it, the topper has to be in the open position. Wish it was the other way and you could open the bottle in the closed position.

Purchased tow of these for my grandkids. For my grandson, they had his favorite color and favorite engraving picture(American Flag) So I went the whole 9 years, engraved with the photo and his name. Bottles arrived, quickly and looked amazing. The second day my grandson used his, water leaked out everywhere soaking his school books and back pack and the metal handle came out of one side and scratched his brand new bottle. The other bottle had no issues. I filed the warranty claim for this bottle and got the run around. No help, no offer of a replacement ( I really just expected a new cap- even though his 50 dollar water bottle is scratched) nothing except how it leaks because we don't know how to use it. Well, if the other exact same bottle, purchased at the exact same time, does not leak, I think we know how to properly tighten the and close the caps. I really wanted to find a company with decent water bottles that could be cleaned thoroughly and I thought they would fit the bill. . but will not use them again.

Excellent quality product! Keeps ice from melting for at least 8+ hours. The bottom dents easily, so just do not drop it.

This is the perfect water bottle for my kids. I wanted something with zero plastic that was kid friendly (with a straw) and wouldn't leak. I also really wanted something that was insulated to keep their ice icey for hours. This works great!

I've had this cup for months, both in the summer and the winter. I like the color, the feel, and it's temperature retention properties. The issue I have is with the straw lid, and I have two major issues.

1. Pressure builds inside the cup, regardless of whether the straw is hidden or out. This happens when there's virtually any temperature change surrounding the cup. For example, leaving in a car for any length of time will cause the contents of the straw to shoot out when it's opened - and I mean SHOOT OUT, like a non-negligible amount of liquid goes maybe 7 inches into the air, or more likely, on your person, by the natural motion of your twist. Even if left open, the liquid flows out from the top of the straw, enough to spill out of the cup entirely and into my cup holder. This is extremely annoying and this problem is exacerbated if you fly with it, which means this is absolutely not an air-friendly cup (it gets worse - trust me, do NOT fly with this).

2. Even worse than the care needed to reveal the straw (at this point, I've developed the habit of twisting it open verrryyy slowly, to minimize the amount of liquid that still escapes into the twisting compartment which I then have to quickly flip upside down to drain, otherwise it just stays wet), is liquid will leak out between the lid and the cup. At first, I was very skeptical this was happening, but after numerous tests, yes, it is absolutely leaking out from the sides no matter how tight the lid is twisted.

As much as I WANTED to like this thing, I just can't. I'm sick of getting hit by my liquid and having to worry about it being inside my backpack or briefcase because there's zero guarantee it won't leak out from the sides (this is especially an issue when flying - the leaking out from the sides was incessant and is impossible to fly with, if there's liquid in it).

Maybe I just have the worst lid ever made, but I'm absolutely not getting another to find out.

And it’s holding up, the plastic lid got some chunks taken out and a tiny bit of the paint chipped. After going thru the dishwasher a few times (minimum weekly) there have been a few spots that have gotten fainter than the rest of the color? Kinda looks ugly now heh. Still a solid bottle though, except sometimes I will just sit in my office and maybe there’s weird airflow in there because water will just shoot out of the straw unprovoked; definitely not leak-proof and when it’s closed, water that comes out of the straw will still come out of the sides of the twist cap :woman-shrugging:

Love this water bottle! I’m usually the person who forgets to drink water all day, but the bright red one makes it so easy to spot and grab. It fits perfectly in my cup holder, and the top handle makes it super easy to carry around. Simple, sturdy, and exactly what I needed to stay hydrated.

This is a really nice water bottle, but heed the warning -- DO NOT TAKE ON AIRPLANES! It simply cannot handle the pressure. My water started shooting out from the spout and got everything soaked. It's a design flaw for sure.

It’s the blue plastic piece is the screw threads, which I like. I love the shape and size and have gotten compliments. I’m not sure if the silicone straw will start to taste like dish soap, as silicone often does. We’ll see!

The twist top is easy to turn and there is a detent that keeps it from opening. Fits in standard cup holders. We really like the twist cap design.

I love my new Kanteen! I only wish the straw wouldn’t get stuck down when I twist the cap though… but I still love my cup. The off-white color is great and goes nicely with all my stickers.

I take this water bottle with me everyday to work. It’s small enough that I’m not lugging around a giant jug, but still holds a good amount of water that I don’t have to fill it five thousand times. I’m very pleased with how cold it keeps water. I’ve left it in my vehicle several times through 90+ weather, to come back with it still ice cold. My one, slight, negative is that when I do leave it out in the heat and go to take a drink, it will sometimes “explode” out of the straw when I twist open the lid. Not sure why, but I don’t leave it out in the heat often, so not a big deal to me, and something that is probably fixable by just using a different lid. Overall, I am very pleased with it and have already covered it in stickers 😁

My favorite water bottle that I have ever owned (ever). I drink more water because the drinking experience is so great.
Only minor issues with leaking when on side but I think it was user error and I didn't have the cap screwed on tight enough, so be sure to have it on super super tight
