We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

It’s a nice bottle. The cap is my only concern. It’s annoying that it leaks once you remove the silicone mouth piece to wash it. It’s not a bad leak but it shouldn’t leak at all. It’s also quite annoying to remove the silicone mouth piece to wash too but I only do it once a week. Another thing is the cap, if you don’t lock it in, it can come off and wack you in the face. I also kinda wish the handle was a swivel handle. Screwing in the cap is also annoying because if you over tighten it, it pops and you have to retighten it again. Cap needs better engineering.

I've had this water bottle for about 5 years now. Easily the best water bottle I've owned. I've dropped it loads of times with minimal damage though it's definitely time to replace the cap! The cap is leaking and hard to get on/off at this point. I still love the color!! Durable, big, easy to clean, water stays cold and tastes great, easy to hold onto or hook to things with the steel handle. Perfect cap for chugging as well. All of the words are still legible on the entire water bottle.

Good size for daily carry. Keeps whatever I have in it a good consistent temperature for most of the day. The powder coating is good, but I'm sad they didn't have a full stainless model anymore when I bought it.

I ordered a few bottles. They arrived in a sturdy box and each wrapped in the best protection i've ever seen. Got them out and looked them over. Very well made products. In comparison to the other top names, they are better quality. Very competitive market right now and Klean Kanteen makes a superior product. My older single wall KK products are still holding up well too. Beyond satisfied.

I was looking for an insulated water bottle with this type of top which has become uncommon. This is a little big to fit securely in auto cup holders, but seems to be a very well made bottle. Just want a water bottle with a fully covered mouth piece to keep out dirt when outside working and germs in crowded spaces inside.

I just got my bottle yesterday and it arrived looking scuffed up already. It has dark scuff marks and it looks like some of the paint got scraped off. I also noticed red marks that looked like paint. Other than the red marks I could not get the rest off. It looks like someone dropped it, picked it up and said "well at least it's not dented, should be good enough to ship!" The box it came in is pristine so I don't think it was the delivery driver.

I've been using this bottle daily for a few months now and it's been great! No scratches or dents so far, though I’ve taken good care of it. I love the yellow color and the design I chose — it’s exactly what I was hoping for. My only wish is that there was an option to buy it with the TK Wide Loop Cap from the start, so I wouldn’t have to purchase an extra cap and end up with one I don’t want or need (especially since I’m trying to avoid plastic and silicone).

Have had this bottle for over three years now and still going strong! The only thing was that the straw lid finally gave out where the straw connects, but they have a replacement part for that so I don't have to replace the entire lid.
The bottle has a couple dents in it now just from use, but the inside is still fine and it doesn't seem to have affected the bottle's ability to keep things hot or cold.

Haven’t used it yet. I am not too fond of the lid, having that squared off stationary metal loop on it makes the bottle more bulky. I has to order a separate lid because there were no other lid options and I wanted stainless, not black plastic, plus I really don’t get all the sippy cup styles on offer theses days - who wants to drink like that? plus those are hard to clean. Anyway, would have been happier with a plain stainless loop lid, but glad I could at least get one to switch out. Otherwise the bottle is great. Yellow is a muted mustard color, looks nice.

This is exactly what my husband needed. He is a cattle rancher, so he needs a heavy-duty water bottle with large capacity and a way to keep the nozzle covered and clean. This fits the bill!

Love this water bottle! It keeps my water cold for a decent amount of time (much longer than my other water bottles), and I’m getting more use out of it than I thought I would! It is a big water bottle though, so it doesn’t fit well in the water bottle sleeves on backpacks/in cup holders, but the handle is very sturdy. As much as I love this water bottle, I’m not the biggest fan of the way the cap is. You have to hold it open otherwise it will slingshot back and wack you in the face (or in my case hit my glasses). But other than that it’s a really good water bottle.
