We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

I bought these for our new grand daughter and was able to give them to her today. She is a month old and we were trying to keep her awake just a bit longer. She focused on these, tracked with them and was engaged enough to stay awake just a wee bit more. 😉 The quality is exceptional and I love that the flip side has the black and white reversed.Bonus: her nursery is woodland animal themed and it was fun to be able to have these cards that fit right in!

We received these cute cards as part of an Enfamil reward and will definitely be purchasing additional items from this company. Our 4 month old loves holding them andlooking at the beautiful images of the sea creatures. Very good quality and we are glad to have them and include them in our daily playtime.

We purchased a few items from Wee gallery, including these art card sets! They are the perfect size for visual stimulation and interaction with our baby. My son sustains more engagement with these cards than his newborn toys. It makes me feel confident that he is learning and processing what hes gazing at. Love the contemporary artwork and the cards arent flimsy at all! Theyre sturdy enough for us to hold or stand against the wall of his crib. I wouldve absolutely loved these as newborn baby gifts!

I recently purchased these for a friend whose infant was admitted to the hospital. We received pictures and videos back the same day showing smiles and giggles they hadn't seen or heard in days, all after putting these cards up around their room. Needless to say, I immediately went to purchase them for my own newborn. I love that the cards can be easily packed together or separately into a diaper bag for on-the-go engagement. My toddler loves to "teach" the baby what animals are on the cards, and I get smiles, coos, and deep engagement with the cards that I haven't seen before.The only knock on durability is just a note that a teething little one will make dents in your cards, as proven by my first-born, but if you know anything about teething, you're probably prepared for that. I look forward to adding to our collection and gifting these to friends and family in the future.

These art cards are high quality - thick and sturdy to last you for years! I am a pediatric Occupational Therapist and I use these beautiful black and white cards to promote visual eye tracking and head/neck/core strength during tummy time! These are portable and lightweight so they're great for infants to look at during car or airplane rides! You could even frame or hang these beautiful pieces of art in a nursery by a changing table or play mat!

We had two sets of these cards. Definitely the best baby play items for us. Our baby is now 19 months and she interacted with them at the very beginning and for so, so long! You could tell the difference at 1 month old when we were first interacting with these, she would be very focused on the images because she could simply see them as it is black and white. Plus they are very long lasting and the size of the cards is perfect. They are still in a very great shape to pass along to our future baby! We definitely recommend them.

I got these for my newborn to start eye coordination and he loved them, but then now at 8 months he loves playing with the lid of the box more than anything. Very beautiful, definitely a cute gift and very gender neutral. Also hold up to a 8 month old throwing and rolling all over the box. And chewing on them, even though that's not their intended use, as the box says haha!

At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but it became totally worth it seeing my baby with them. These cards hold her attention for a long period of time. Baby is now almost four months, but I used them for tracking early on (2-3 months). I guess its true that babies are only in black and white at first. She really only liked and focused on her black and white toys and cards. These cards seem safe too. Highly recommend these!

These are really great and very engaging. They are also thick and feel really durable - I didn't realize that they were so heavy duty. Illustrations are beautiful and interesting. Fits perfectly in the love every play gym. Worth the price.

Ive bought two sets of these over the years and they were so fun to grab the attention of my newborns. The contrast color really helps them see the cards and its a great little activity for time between naps.

Seriously, straight out of the womb babies love these. Sometimes it takes a while for them to show interest, but I promise, at 1-2 months old when they can't do much, they'll spend minutes staring at these. Doesn't sound like long, but that's forever to a newborn! They're great for brain development. It's baby's first toy!

These cards are amazing. I hung mine above his changing table. You can use some ribbon laying around and some command hooks like I did with clothespins. Now he went from crying to absolutely loving diaper changes. Plus he have social hour learning animal noises. Placing them in the crib I felt was too distracting for him because he wouldn't want to sleep. He kept looking at the cards and studying them while giggling. Chsnging table creativeness is the way to go!

These are beautiful! They feel very sturdy and thick and I believe they will last and hold up. My son is 2 months and I got these to help with tummy time and to encourage visual development. I love how nice they look and my older son loves to be able to help brother with tummy time. He will lay down and talk to him about each card. So sweet

These are beautiful, sturdily made cards. Received the ocean cards a few days ago and our LO (3 months old) seems to like looking at them and my husband and I do too! I imagine she will engage with these cards for months to come. Highly recommend!
