We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.

Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

Truly the perfect little wooden number set. My granddaughter starts kindergarten in the fall and has been working on numbers. I thought this would be a fun new way to keep the momentum going and they did not disappoint. Love that they came with a little drawing string bag for storage. Bag functions well and is a wonderful, minimal design. The numbers themselves were a bit larger than I expected, which I was very pleased with. You can tell lots of thought went into the size because they are perfect for little hands. They feel very sturdy. Love the wood color as well. My only complaint and it’s not necessarily a product issue, but something I wish more companies took into consideration for numbers. The “6” and “9” are the exact same shape. Schools do not teach this curved shape for the number 9 and something worth considering before purchasing. Overall, we love this set and would absolutely recommend it. It’s especially great for sensory boxes, which is how we’ve used in the most.

But luckily, everyone here knows one another so the packages find their way back to me. But, I realized the master problem might be that I do not have the number for my house anywhere visible for delivery drivers to see.

The wood numbers are thick enough that they can be used for stacking and balancing. The numbers are easy to tidy up because they come with a little drawstring bag. They all seem to be made with good quality bamboo and don’t show any signs of splitting or cracking. The bamboo wood grain looks pretty and we really enjoy having natural materials. These would make a lovely gift or just perform as a great education tool.

These wooden numbers are made from good quality bamboo, they're very sturdy and can take a beating from my toddler, additionally the edges aren't sharp but rounded for safety.

This really is such a lovely set. I liked the idea when I saw them online, and they're even better in reality. The numbers are chunky and super-sized. Just to give you a rough idea, they're four fingers tall and as thick (or deep) as my thumb. Because they're so large, you could probably let even an infant play with them. Under adult supervision, they could enjoy grasping the numbers and feeling the smooth bamboo texture, or practicing taking them from your hand or picking them up from the floor when they're able to do so. I would recommend keeping the 1 away from them because its straight, slim shape could fit in a curious baby's mouth, but the other digits are more complex, interesting shapes anyway, and would be too wide to pose a choking hazard. As the child grows, they could learn to identify the numbers, to line them up in order or reverse order, they could separate out odds from evens, or use them to label pictures of items or groups of things in your home. Now the set has become a hands-on tool for learning early math skills. The set has excellent construction, with no splits, splinters, gouges, or dinged edges. The inside surfaces of some of the numbers, for instance inside the curl of the five, or the loops of the eight, exhibit a noticeable texture where the carving was done, but it's nothing that should be able to cause an injury. In other words it is noticeable that that texture is different from the top and bottom surfaces, but not in a problematic way. I did notice an odor when I first opened the package, but it seems to have dissipated. Perhaps it was just a holdover from the pieces being shrink wrapped in plastic, because once they were out in the air, they were fine.The set comes in a drawstring cloth bag. The fabric isn't heavy like canvas; I would say it's more like muslin or broadcloth. If you intend to give this as a gift, I think it would be tricky to wrap that irregular shape, so you may need to provide your own box, or use a gift bag. That's just a small detail to keep in mind if this is intended to be a present.I really haven't found a huge downside to these, although it would have been nice to have another zero and another one in order to be able to make a 10. As the set comes, you can do zero through nine, or two through ten, but not zero or one to ten, which seems like a missed opportunity. Nevertheless, I'm glad to have these numbers, and I'm looking forward to incorporating them for early childhood education. Recommended for homes, daycare programs, or preschool and kindergarten classrooms.

I love gifts with a purpose; this one to help a child learn numbers/math as part of play.Combined with the alphabet companion set, this is a beautiful gender-neutral gift for a new parent. The bamboo wood is a beautiful color, the wood is soft and smooth, and these could easily be used in baby age photo shoots. That said, bamboo is a soft wood, so may not be as durable as other options if you have a kid that likes to bite everything. I really like that the set comes with a cotton storage bag; that is an essential part of play to me: learning how to clean up!

Wee Gallery doesn't disappoint. When my daughter was an infant I bought many of their hugh contrast items for her. She still uses her high contrast play blanket when we go on the deck. Now that she's a toddler she's graduated, and these are great simple number blocks to assist in number recognition. High quality wood and comes in a nice storage pouch. I don't think these would work for practicing balancing or anything. I give 4 stars only because they will have limited use. I have other number blocks that I prefer as they are not only stackable but teach subtraction and addition so have a high use value up to childhood. But these are super hugh quality and I have no worries when she inevitably chews on them. A nice learning supplement.

This set of bamboo numbers is great! The digits have a nice feel to them and are perfect in size for toddlers/preschoolers to handle and learn from. The numbers are well made and come with a drawstring bag for storage. We think it is good to get numbers in front of the kids early, so they recognize them and understand the digits that go with counting. The attractive set was shipped well and would make a thoughtful, appropriate gift for a young child. Easily 5 stars!
