Two-piece beginner puzzle set praised for durability and colorful illustrations. Customers said pieces are "perfect for little hands" with sturdy, thick cardboard construction. Ideal for toddlers 1-3 years developing motor skills. Some noted price is high and one found pieces too large. Mixed feedback on moisture resistance, but most found quality excellent for the age group.

This was a great gift for our young nephew. While he probably wont be able to play with it as much until he gets older, it's an adorable puzzle that will be easy for him to start out using to learn with. Would purchase again!

Wee Gallery does it again. This is a really nice puzzle that our kiddo loves. I probably wouldn’t spend $20 on a small puzzle like this again though, unless it’s for a gift.

My nephew had a blast with these puzzle pieces. He loves dinosaurs and at two years old these are the perfect size for his hands.

Like all the Wee Gallery products, the illustrations are fantastic. Whimsical, but still realistic enough to bring up real questions about the parts of the animals or dinosaurs.
The size is great for little hands. Each puzzle is only two pieces, and each piece is quite big. Refer to my second picture for size..I put them next to a water glass for scale.
The box states that this puzzle is intended for children 2+. I think this age limit is spot on. Children under two (or at least my child) are going to put the pieces in their mouth. The puzzle pieces will not withstand moisture. The pieces are made of a thick pressed board/cardboard, just a little bit thicker than a standard puzzle piece. For older toddlers this material should be fine, although the pieces may still get bent with use. But I would definitely adhere to the age guidelines if you want this puzzle to last.
I think the price point is fair, if not a bit high (like all Wee Gallery products), but the quality is nice and it would make a great gift for any Dino lover.

This is the perfect size for the 1-year-old toddler stage. Great for the beginner to get started doing puzzles. All my children loved to do puzzles and still do. Easy to hold pieces and made of good material. Very sturdy and durable. Great for little ones.

My toddler is experienced with puzzles but always needs help. These are the first puzzles she was able to complete on her own. She loves Wee Gallery illustrations.

Fun puzzle for toddlers. My little one loves it. It's durable and sturdy; perfect quality for toddlers.

These pieces are larger than I expected. They are sturdy and should hold up to the abuse of children. They are perfect for one of my dinosaur loving kids. The coloring is vibrant and the words are easy to read.

Cute simple puzzles that a toddler will love. Each puzzle has only two pieces which makes a perfect challenge for young minds.
Love the quality and concept.

These a great for a one year old who is just learning to grasp items. During this formative year, he will learn that items cam be put together to make a whole. Then learn the names of the pictures.

This two-piece puzzle is perfect for kids who are just beginning to use their hands bilaterally as a starter puzzle. Its large making it easily manipulated and its colorful making it more alluring for kids to play with. I love the colorful design of these puzzle pieces!

Quality is great but the puzzle is too large in size. I found beginner puzzles that are smaller in size better for my toddler

Very colorful, very bright pets puzzle cards. These puzzles are very easy to solve. They even have pet name on the cards. Great for toddlers and early childhood development. They are 2-piece puzzles for 6 animals so, 12 puzzles total. And, the puzzle pieces are strong, so they should be okay even with busy toddlers 😅. They easily attract child attention. They make a nice gift item for growing young kids. Great puzzle set!

My 3 year old daughter loves this puzzle set! They’re so simple for her, but she even enjoys playing with them after she puts them together. They are made of a thick, sturdy cardboard, and the illustrations are just adorable! The pieces are large and easy for tiny hands.

We love this Dino puzzle. It is very well made, all of the pieces are sturdy and thick and easy for title hands to manipulate. The colors on the drawings are colorful but with beautiful shades of colors that are a bit muted which I love. I also appreciate that they put the names of the dinosaurs on the puzzles for an extra educational element. The box they come in is also very sturdy and well made. We love this company.

These puzzles are nice and large, simple, informative, and good tools for motor skills and problem solving. They feelgood and strong and can be easily stored away.

I didn't expect a cardboard puzzle to be so durable, but it's really great! Not sure what kind of coating they use, but it seems to hold the pieces together well even when toddler hands are messing with the pieces. The drawings are cute and everything fits together like it should. Great little puzzle game.

These oversized, 2-piece puzzles are good for little kids who are still struggling with fine-motor skills. The pictures are cute and engaging. They are made of heavy cardboard, like many puzzles for older kids. Our 2-year-old is the right age for them, but under his rough handling, I don’t expect them to last long. If they were made of hearty material I would have given them 5 stars.

I really like the muted colors and unique illustrations in this set of simple 2-piece puzzles. The cardboard is thin but very sturdy. I am excited to introduce these puzzles to my son when he is just a little bit older. I think these will be terrific "first puzzles" when he is between 1-2 years old, though I'd want to supervise as he puts everything in his mouth. Along those lines, I'm glad these are made with child-safe "eco-inks" though I'm not sure what that means.... Anyhow, altogether a great way to continue to develop my son's fine motor skills, albeit at a relatively expensive price point.

Update: two year old boy wants to play with them each day! Here are a couple of photos so that you can see the really big size of each piece. Very easy to handle by a toddlers chubby little hands.
Okay so these only have two pieces for each puzzle. I like that because the very young child that is just learning to put together puzzles will not get frustrated by having too many pieces! My grandson loves these and he wants to put them together over and over again.
They are worth the price especially because I’ve never seen anything quite like them around any stores.
They are made of some type of thick cardboard that has a nice slick film over it so that they can be lightly cleaned with a damp cloth if necessary. These cannot be easily bent.

These are beautifully illustrated puzzles! The age range (in my opinion) would be great for 1 or 2 year olds.

It may seem like a very basic puzzle to you, only two pieces, so to what end? BUT…it’s perfect for tiny babies. They’re developing cognitively, learning from the world around them. Even though it’s just 2 pieces, to a baby this is a stepping stone into higher order thinking. It’s also helpful for building their dexterity. It doesn’t hurt that the cute designs are adorable! Once your baby grows and stops being interested in the toy, you can frame the puzzle pieces, make them into fridge magnets, or donate them to another baby. It’s sturdy, so it can certainly last long enough to make it to a second family in good condition. It is suggested for babies Ages 2 and up - I disagree!!! Development varies. I’ve seen babies that walk well before they’re “supposed to” and exceptionally gifted children that have simple conversations as early as 7 months!!!! That is ABSOLUTELY NOT the norm, so *please* don’t sweat it if your baby is not anywhere close to that yet. Some children might learn to talk until they’re 4, which is unusual, BUT are healthy and *WILL* “catch up” to their peers just fine. Don’t sweat it friends! Nevertheless, though rare, this fast development sometimes happens. So…if you are one of the few that have a baby that is just racing through his milestones, let them play before the recommended age of 2 as long as you supervise them. Model how to put the pieces together and guide their tiny hands. Any baby will benefit from this puzzle and your help in solving it. I HIGHLY recommend it! I hope this helps!

These are like hard, cardboard material. Really easy puzzle (each dinosaur is 2 pieces). The designs are good, and the cards themselves are destructible but also sturdy. Overall, a good product and I would recommend for a younger toddler.

I'm always skeptical on kids toys - but these are actually a nice quality puzzle. Thick pieces so they won't easily bend or break - large enough for the beginning child to pick them up easily as well. The graphics are as pictured and not stickers that will just peel up, which is also nice. So far my son seems to only like trying to sort the velociraptor, but hopefully he will soon like the other dinosaurs too!
