Classic Flip Seal Sport Cap

I really enjoy these caps. The straw with flip spout makes trail water breaks quick and easy! No fooling with the cap. No cranking your neck. No spills. Got 4 for all of my bottles. I learned not to put the bottles in my pack. Gear can press on the flip knob. That allows water to leak out of the vent hole.

I like it and the cap doesn’t leak, I wish the straw had the lip like the kids straws that keeps it in place. It sometimes separates from the top when I’m filling my water bottle then I have to fish out the straw from the bottle. I’m a nurse and even though I wash and wash my hands I’d rather not stick my finger in my water bottle if I can help it! It also sometimes has such a strong seal that it creates a vacuum and I can’t drink water until I loosen the cap some.

The new lid is great. Easy to use and I love the that the straw is metal and not plastic.

I had to replace all my son’s flip caps because the old ones ripped because the straws were not fitting. This is much better and I love the telescope straw. Sometimes the straw falls out of the cap, but at least they don’t tear the rubber.

It’s a great lid/straw! A little hard to open, not the easiest to clean…but we’re very happy for sure!

The flip cap gets a 5/5, the collapsible straw gets a 1/5. In an attempt to create a cheaper, one-size-fits-all straw, Klean have come up with a master of none. It’s thinner and more fragile than its one-piece conterparts. Curious how long until the telescoping pieces lose their staying power.

I got one of these to upgrade one of my older water bottles. At first, I wasn't sure about it. It took a little experimentation to figure out how to drink from it smoothly (the trick, I find, is to seal your mouth over the very end and angle upward toward the front and top of your mouth). Now I like it a lot. It's especially useful to drink from while driving, so I don't have to tilt my head back while the car's in motion.

The flip straw cap is just what I needed and works great. No more spills while drinking water on a car ride. Telescoping straw is compatible with different size bottles. Takes a little effort to sip water from straw.

Please bring back the old straw cap with plastic straw. The telescoping thing does not work. Your straw caps have gotten so complicated.

Good but not great. The straw sometimes easily falls out. Also you have to make sure the straw isn’t touching the bottom of the bottle for it to work right.

Bought a bottle with this cap and that is why I decided to upgrade my two other bottles with it. My original had a solid metal straw, where these are segmented. Was a little disappointed. Thought these would be the same. I like the solid one better.

Even though I gave Customer Service the accurate information about the type and size of water bottle I have and being assured that the cap they were going to send me would fit, it was too small. I contacted Customer Service again to let them know this and then I was told that there was no compatible top for the Klean KanteenI have.

This was disappointing because I was told it would fit and when I said it didn’t, was told that you don’t make a cap that fits the bottle I have. Since a similar lid to a water bottle from another company isn’t going to be compatible with yours, I think you should make one that is so I don’t have to buy yet another bottle.

Love that the straw length is adjustable so it can fit in all the different size Klean Kanteen bottles that we own. We got these to convert some of our sippy tops to straws for my 5 year old for Kindergarten and he loves drinking out of them.

Good cap for an adult but will need some elbow grease for a young kid to flip the spout up and down. As others have said, not sure which part can take apart to clean and what should stay on. Will see how it goes in terms of getting moldy or not

It's easy and fun to drink out of. The only issue is not all the parts come apart so it's hard to tell the silicone in the cap is being cleaned and dried in between uses

The design is leak proof. Unfortunately even after many washings, soakings, etc the water still tastes very rubbery/funky. Enough so that my kiddo won’t drink the water. And that really is the whole point of the water bottle/lid.
Basically unusable at this point because of that.
