The cocoon cut provides roomy space for my bump while still giving a refined silhouette that doesn’t feel shapeless. The removable liner makes it versatile across weather, and the hood fits snugly without blocking my view. I appreciated little details like the inner pocket for keys and the reinforced hem that prevents wear at the bottom. Highly recommend for expecting moms who want a practical but stylish coat.

Slightly heavier than expected for spring

When I wear very thick sweaters and the liner together the coat can feel bulky, but that’s a trade-off for warmth. For most days it’s balanced and comfortable, and the waterproof shell does its job well.

I wore this for a full day out with appointments and errands and never felt restricted — the cut allows movement and the fabric is forgiving. Zipper and snaps remain smooth, and the lining is cozy without puckering. It’s a practical staple for pregnancy.

I love the modern look and the practicality for babywearing, but if you’re petite the cocoon shape might feel a bit oversized. For average frames it’s very flattering and functional.

It’s fine for occasional outings, but the materials felt lighter than I’d want for everyday heavy use.

Construction feels solid and the coat is well finished, but the color I received was a touch darker than the website image. Not a dealbreaker — still matches most of my wardrobe — but worth noting if color precision matters to you.

So far so good! Purchased this coat for baby wearing this winter. Have used it a couple times on cooler mornings and it’s worked very well.
I originally ordered based on the size guide but it was too small in the arms and shoulders. Thankfully the customer service was good, though I did have to email them directly because the return portal seems to be for US customers only. The exchange was processed quickly at no additional cost.

The Harper coat looks modern and performs well in wet weather. The inner layer is warm but removable, which is great for springtime fluctuations.

Pairs well with jeans or dresses and still looks put-together; a versatile maternity coat

Quality seems worth it

I wore the coat for an entire day of appointments and errands and never felt restricted; the lining is comfortable and the coat moves with me. The water resistance kept me dry in light drizzle and the finish still looks fresh.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to move in this coat; the shoulders and sleeves allow for activity like picking up shopping or carrying a toddler. It fits over sweaters and still feels streamlined. The detachable liner is easy to remove when it warms up, making it versatile across seasons.

Hood is roomy and protective

The waterproofing is reliable, but I felt a bit overheated during brisk walks which made it less comfortable for longer outings. For short trips it’s fine, but not ideal for active use.

Followed the care instructions and the coat came out looking good — no fading or shape loss. The materials feel durable and for the price point, it’s a solid investment for maternity and postpartum seasons.

Thoughtful touches like lined pockets and sturdy snaps make daily life easier. The coat looks good and performs well in typical rainy conditions.

The coat’s modern shape gets compliments and the functional details like lined pockets are useful, though the zipper was a bit stiff initially. After a few uses it eased up and now zips smoothly. Overall a reliable, versatile maternity coat that works well for day-to-day life.

I ordered my usual size but found it runs a bit large — consider sizing down for a snugger fit. The neutral tone is versatile and the waterproof shell performed well.

Feels lightweight for how puffy it is. Easy to carry when not wearing.

Doesn’t fit well over bulky snowsuits. Plan accordingly.

Took it hiking in light snow. Not for intense trails, but kept me warm on breaks.

Got it on sale — felt like stealing. Quality is way above price point.

Zips are easy to use with gloves. Big plus when you’re holding a baby and keys.

The cocoon fit gives me room to move. Perfect for chasing my toddler in the rain.

Color is richer in person. Online pics made it look more green. Still pretty though.

I’m 5’1” and worried it’d be too short. But it hits mid-thigh — perfect for getting in/out of car.

I inspected the seams and small details and everything looked neat and durable; no loose threads or sloppy seams. The hardware, like snaps and zippers, feels sturdy. Overall a well-built coat for frequent use.
