Great product- TERRIBLE shipping

The product fits great, but shipping has consistently been very slow. Out of the four times I’ve ordered, each shipment has taken 2–2. 5 weeks to arrive, regardless of where I lived (California and Missouri), and none of the orders were placed during holidays. When I contacted customer service after a week and a half, my order had not even shipped yet, and no explanation was provided. The products themselves are high quality and not inexpensive, which makes the lack of communication more disappointing. Buyer beware: the advertised shipping times do not reflect the company’s actual practices.

Very nice lid and straw set!

Easy to clean and comfortable for my toddler to use. The colors are nice and do not fade in the dishwasher. The sides of the lid do not leak, and the silicone part of the straw fits airtight to the metal part.

Nearly perfect.

Almost perfect. The lid seals really well and my 15 month old has no challenges using the cup with this straw and lid. She has thrown these and the lid has contained the liquid inside exceptionally well. Everything is easy to clean.

My only complaint, is that if you don't like "metal on metal" noises, the straws will scrap the bottom of the stainless cups. Ideally, they could sell additional silicone tips for the other end to stop this noise.

Great Cups!

These are the best cups for kids ever! They are easy for kids use and easy to clean. I never have to worry about mold with these cups.
