30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

This was my first Cocomoon piece for myself and I absolutely love it. The fabric is so soft and silky. The print is beautiful and vibrant. The only reason why I didn’t give a full 5 star is because of the fit of the waistband on the shorts. Theyre very big for a size small. The fit of the top is perfect but it’s almost like it’s a medium/large in the shorts. Even for the other print of pjs I ordered. I wish it was a more snug on the waist. For reference, I ordered the small, I’m 5’4” & 132 lbs.

I bought these jammies because I was OBSESSED with the Howl-oween print, and since I just gave birth I wanted more two piece pajamas for when people come visit the baby to look a little more put together. I knew I loved this brand for my baby, but when I tell you these are PERFECTION for postpartum…I mean it. From the softness to the stretchiness I am in love. Easy for breast feeding, lounging, cooling for the postpartum sweating, and easy to wipe spit-up off of too! I cant wait to get my hands on another pair! Already on my Christmas list!

These are really comfortable. I’ve purchased in multiple colors. My only Issue is that the waist on the shorts is pretty loose. They could use a drawstring. Otherwise, these are great!

?! Not only is she cute in person, but oh my gosh, these pajamas are so comfortable. I bought matching sets for my daughters and I and it was the best purchase to date.

Im usually an xs but im glad i got a size small. I could probably even do a Medium for a oversize look. The top is alittle fitted on the bottom. But i love the design and you cant go wrong with palaka!

Material is nice and heavy like their robe (which I love!) However, this would be perfect if it 1. Had a drawstring
waist 2. Pockets (us mamas need pockets!) I’m about 125lbs and purchased a size small. I am grateful for the model stats in the photos because I would’ve purchased an XS not knowing how sizing ran. Having that visual to go off of was helpful!

Great quality, super comfy, but fabric is a bit heavier than I imagined. Print is gorgeous. Shorts run a little big, it would be improved by having a wider waistband and drawstring. I bought a size small (I'm 5'4", 130 lbs).

Right out of the bag they were so amazingly cool to the touch. Trying them on ~ game changer. I immediately ordered another pair of the shorts pjs (spring and summer) and two pairs of the long pjs (fall and winter). They are not only cool and comfortable, they are so cute and pretty. I love them.

These are pretty cute. The top is quite long & the shorts are short but this wasn’t shocking to me as you can tell from photos. Personal preference I wish the top was shorter & the shorts a bit longer (with pockets).

My daughter has been wearing Coco Moon pjs since she was 6months old. I loved how soft and buttery they were compared to the regular cotton pajamas we owned too. She would often become too hot in the cotton ones and take them off in the middle of the night. But not with the Coco Moon pjs! Not only were they soft, but they also kept her COOL. Long story short, I had to get myself a pair and I love them so much too :)

My adult daughter loves her Pakalana short sleeve pajamas. It was a birthday gift for her. She always buys the Coco Moon Christmas pajamas for her nephews and nieces each year for the past three or four years, she loves the quality of the pajamas. The Napuanani in Pakalana provides a great opportunity for me to finally match my little guy. It’s so hard to find brands that cater not only to family matching, but mom and son matching too! I love putting my little guy in his Pakalana coveralls to match me. It’s just so special, and the buttery soft fabric is just icing on the cake.

It is impossible to find warm weather family pjs for Christmas so I was pumped to see cocomoon came out with a set! Not only are these super cute and festive but they are soooo soft and stretchy. I am 9 weeks post partum and the medium fits very comfortably. I hope cocomoon does more family sets in the future!
